I would like to know why you started to play after Francesio got banned. When Francesio was playing your activity was nil, but as soon as he got banned your activity started going up. I'll also point out that you started playing regularly right after Francesio's ban appeal was denied and was banned for Ban Evading. Why didn't you play when Francesio wasn't banned? Why are you playing now?

I told you before ''yes he is more close to dad he used to play on dad's laptop so after he got banned he left using dad's laptop so i was free to play on dad's laptop i told you before we are not sensible to each other he gets more attention from parents than me now i can play because he is banned''

Are you sure that he stopped playing from “dad’s laptop” ? Cause we caught him ban evading twice already from the same ip as yours. Which means he never stopped using that laptop, as he still continues to ban evade from it. And it doesn’t change the fact that you might still be Francesio.

Bill, you claim that because he was banned, you had access to the laptop all of a sudden. Before that you couldn't not play because your brother used the laptop. But now you say he is probably still playing? This totally invalidates and contradicts the argument you made before. You trapped yourself here.

 

Hence you are lying and you started using the account which was previously from your brother. The only chance you will get is coming clean and sitting out all consequences of your misbehaviour.

Hey Bill, after discussing this appeal with management we’ve made a decision to keep you banned for sharing your account with Francesio_Dilgado, who currently has been banned for 5 times and was caught ban evading multiple times. We don’t trust you at the moment considering you’ve already shared your account with Francesio, who isn’t getting an unban anytime soon. Plus it took sometime for you to come forward with the truth, which all adds up to the denial of this appeal.
