  (Posting this on the behalf of my friend Cumura because he's having problems registering on forums)

  hello admins sorry for bothering you, i got banned for adving cuz i wrote the bcr server's ip on /b cuz i thinked it didnt count as adving cuz all bcr server players play on mudoo.

  i understood my mistake and i'm extremely sorry and i promise ill never do it again, i just wanna get back on mudoo to play with my friends cuz mudoo is my fav server, i hope u can unban me.

BCR training server is a separate and unrelated community from Valrise (aka Mudoo) . It may have been founded by a group that originated from Valrise, but that does not mean it's a product of our server. Sharing its IP is considered as advertising and players who do share it will be dealt with a ban. 
 

Coming to your friend. Why can’t he/she create a forum account? What’s the issue?

He told me that he tried to register on 3 different emails but he never received the verification email.

Ask your friend to raise a discord ticket on the server discord. Or does he not have a discord account as well?

He can't link the account to his Discord as he's banned.
