  He said that the illegal modification accusation was a misunderstanding, if i wasn't serious about me playing the server why would i appeal this ban, i 'm here appealing about the script abuse.

  i never knew that taking armor from PD duty is script abuse and disallowed since i heard to lead troopers saying that if they see someone doing that they will suspend him or call a higher rank to do that for "abusing the goverment resources", i do apologize about what i caused and i believe that James coming out of nowhere to my appeal and declining me for 2 months is too harsh, i'm saying that this is a chance for me to change and apply all the rules in my rp, my gameplay. 

  and i hope you won't be dissapointed in me.

  As i said, i do think that being declined for 2 months because a reason like this is kinda harsh. I'm asking and requesting you to let me reappeal so i can speak and tell the truth about everything i did commit and what i didn't commit, what i did on purpose, what i didn't do on purpose. I'm apologizing about every mistake i did and i'm aware of my mistakes and learnt from them, this server is very unique, since i got banned i felt that a piece of my heart is lost. I Hope you give me this Last chance and i'm telling you that i won't let you down and i will be worth that chance, This is a Promise i'm not willing to break whatever it takes.

Bearing in mind that this ban was also issued for the reason that you have had an extremely rocky months throughout June and August with several admin punishments including admin jails and warnings.
