Personal comment I was banned for script abuse. My car had flipped outside the PNS, I turned the engine off, and did /PNS while the car was flipped and burning. The PNS was out of stock so I did /v my and flipped the car back so it was the correct way. The battery was dead so I pushed this over to the mechanic where I got it repaired. I see now how this might be considered script abuse but I don't appreciate in all honesty how Sam went about banning me for this I explained the situation like I did here, and mentioned that I was not familiar that this was Script Abuse because I see people do this all the time. I could see how this would be script abuse if I prevent the car from getting damage however the car was fully dead when I respawned it. So I pushed it to the mechanic. I said to Sam that I would not do this again. But he was not happy with me. Please consider my ban appeal.

Not here to RP - DM Personal comment So this ban is incorrect. I just started this server 2 days ago, joined a gang, did illegal jobs, and stuff like that. Today I get in game to play with my friend and many cops are trying to arrest us, so we defend ourselves obviously. We then get into a shootout near the pizza restaurant with 3-4 other people. Me and my friend get downed and get warned for "returning to same place" which we had not. We had recently died before that at a place on the other side of the map, so we obviously did not return. Then once we are respawned at hospital, Oscar tped to us and said "why do you keep killing cops" which I had then responded with "we only killed cops twice, which is when they had initiated on us". He then said "You also initiated on me at this recent situation". Which I didn't, we had initiated on the other people who weren't even cops, he wasn't even involved so he is just lying trying to get a easy ban. I am here today to write my unban. I need to start firstly by saying that I am truly sorry for what happened with me and the Hunter. Personally I have been having an extremely difficult past couple of days and I was also upset because of not being promoted during the PD ceremony earlier in the week. Today I was really upset in the PD discord chat, so I mistakenly thought that it would be a good idea to fly it around GS9. Someone who had followed me was trapped in the ASD depot, so I started to fly back in order to do /gate to let him out, and in the spur of the moment I decided to let off a few rockets, because I knew that my friends would see, and that nobody would be hurt by the rockets. I expected that there would IC consequences such as PD waiting for me at ASD to arrest me, but I was mistaken to think that this wouldn’t be taken as an OOC issue from the administration, so I have to beg here that you accept my apology for doing this. I hope that I will be able to join my friends again here, but obviously not in a PD context anymore!

Since my last appeal I have had more time to reflect on how stupid my actions were. I have had a great time on the server so far and I would like to continue it. I understand that I have a difficult relationship with the management but hopefully if given the chance to come back I will work on fixing and healing that relationship to help make a better environment for the players and staff.
