Alleged ban evading Personal comment Hi everyone, the following admin banned me with for no reason because i'm not Alan Chavez, he put in the commentary ban evading but that's not true because i created my account with the name of Nikolay Ivanov and later i change that name for Dwayne_Westwood finally i'm change my name for James_Carrillo and that admin alleged that i'm Angel Chavez and ban to me for a wrong reason, i don't deserve that ban, help me please i love the server and i need a solution, i didn't do anything.

Personal comment 1. I don't remember the date, must be a month or 2 . 2. The reasons given above were given by @Mikroin my previous appeals. What I accept is toxicity and the third one but I never had no intention of advertising any other server, + I never took a server's , check anything if you want. Now, I'm sorry for the actions I did, it's been a 2 month now, I won't repeat it again and never let someone complaint against me. I've left playing the server but I would like to come back on discord as a memory.

Jones said near 9th June that 'as this is your 4th ban you should wait 2 months' and idk that why I got like 7 months now, this is my 4th ban, the ban for 'ban evading' was a mistake from a admin, do later it was removed from my punishment history, and I didn't even get a punishment after my 3rd unban I don't think that I should get 7 months for this, Im gonna be straight here now, im requesting to reduce my unban date / appeal date to 1 month after that is September 1 OR OR OR also September 30 or October 1, that is 2 months from now. My confessions to make - 1. I ban evaded after a long time today for playing. 2. I felt wrong and bad and I raged up and spreaded toxicity all over the forums. 3. I'm sorry for my words to anyone that I said to him. But not one person who doesn't deserves it, sorry but I'm being honest, I'm talking about Sam, this are honest words. Annoying players Personal comment I don't remember the date so I typed a random. I've been told to try reappeal in couple of months and its been like 4-5 months... The last ban appeal admin said that i have 4 bans for cheating and that is not correct. I have never had ever any cheats in samp I dont even know how to install any simple mod like ELM or vehicle model.. so you think i can use cheats? thos "cheats" are mods from the gta folder im using and used thru all the time on samp. i played lsrp and rcrp and whatever servers you want on that gta folder and never got banned. you go ahead and download this gta folder its called GTA by TamirAlone, apperntaly it has mods of handling car better.. i have tried both.. and there is almost not a difference between orginial and GTA by Tamir Alone, its almost the same... is that all the problem me driving better? im driving better anyways with or without .. cops in lsrp called me "magician" cops in rcrp called me "wow" some people said some stuff, like your are our """ and i dont want to continue, i told them guys, im just human being like you guys.. im just a good driver maybe the one of the best drivers in samp history, is that a coincidence ? idk.. i just happen to be one of the top drivers of samp if not the best. i raced the "good" drivers . i raced them. and i will bring you a picture of this. one day we were driving in LSRP 7 cars, 7 drivers and me. the whole 7 drivers behind me thru the whole drive, eventually the 2nd driver told me come change car, drive different car, i said ok. i changed the car haahha a and still they were all behind me. thats my thing on samp.. im a good shooter too. but driving im in love with that.. people called me magician. anyway i got banned for annoying players on public chat. come on man unban me.. been banned for 10 months.. thats enough..

I meant, I care more about the promise i made to locmax, mikro and leonardo; which was to not cheat again, over my ban. I dont cheat anymore and havent used a cheat for months. This ban is gonna make me seem like a cheater again which im not. I did not use any cheats and I would like to play again, I do care about my ban. I was given a chance by the community managers so i would like for them to have a say on this.
