Its quite simple, add a command /falling which one can use while he is falling and he gets FROZEN if he uses it. The advabntage of that is that if admin is busy/late, the one falling doesn't die. Script it like it can be only used while one is in air and isn't in a heli/plane.
You can exploit /thawme. Use /thawme two seconds before hitting the ground, as you are about to hit it, say like 1-2 meters in air, PRESS ESC and go AFK. When you will come back, you will be thawed already.
What happens is that going AFK doesn't stop the count down of /thawme which is five seconds. Even you are AFK but you will still be thawmed.

Let me explain briefly.
After 1 month, People who are living in houses MUST do /paytax, and for them it should be shown that tax has been collected, but in real the collector would have to go to each and every houses and businesses.
• By Standing infront of the property and type a command /collecttax, after collecting it he must go to the bank to deposit it in the GOVERNMENT BANK ACCOUNT,
where as governors can withdraw the money to serve the state (as in real).
I am not saying this for myself, this is also a good suggestion before the next election!
This job may increase the interest.....
This money can be robbed or not, I am just trying this job to get accepted we will think later what features should this job have,

The only reason for addition of such script is that player used vehicle as sort of exploit and abused it by climbing building and bridges where as normal cop can not and cops got trolled by bikers. It is not like developers just decided to add it when cops could not catch a cyclist just for once but it became a daily routine for criminals to cop bait, get a bike and lets start trolling. In real life it is not possible to bunny hop 2 meters above others and neither no easily climb places.

I do not support it. Such feature is mostly in shit RP servers. Play as a single character at a time. Even you have privilege to change your character's name which helps you completely change your identity ICly. Having two characters at a time doesn't make sense to me at least.

Weapons and armour cases are supposed to be made in Warehouses, if we are able to buy/sell them to dealer then there is no need of Warehouse any ways.
