First of all I did not cry. I simply said that players will abuse it as they tend to do.

Dropping an item does not make sense
If you can not pick it back up. If you say "we should not be able to pick it up" then this suggession is more about (magically) removing unwanted items from the inventory and does not fit with roleplay standards.

Summary: It can and will be abused.

Server is not about making money, it's about enjoying participation in Roleplays inside a Virtual World. Secondly we can not force someone to play if they wanna quit

Weed system is balanced. Back in days a single person could make more than a million from weed (outside) in a few hours which is too much.

I do like the idea of being able to carry specific amount of weapons or a single weapon of each category such as light, medium and heavy weapon.
L= pistols etc
M= Sub Machine guns, Shotguns etc
H= Rifles, Assault Rifles, Misc etc
But only thing I see here that it might be only suitable for Medium-Heavy RP servers though I would like to see this feature added.

Not supported. They will just unmask themselves when they get low HP and if passed out, they would keep their mask. Mask will no longer be rare as before.

Too bad, my potato PC can't even handle Minecraft as I do not have required RAM though I will try to play in Future. Best of luck with the Launch.

Though the suggession is not supported from my side but could be like hitting someone with a Melle weapon will have 5-10% chance of making him feel dizzy (nausea effect).
