Purpose is to improve RP quality and increase types of RP, although people will still loose their weapons in hand after death

There are already 95% armed guys. If some one spawns most of them first goto Ammu for guns so its just a better way of doing it.

The idea of Weapon cases is great. What I want is, developers should make weapon cases for every weapon on Ammunition Stores. It will be better for RP purposes, and will have advantages. Like if we want Desert Eagle we head to any Ammunition store and purchase a Deagle Case for XXXX price and store it in inventory and use it whenever we want like heavy weapons.
Advantages of Weapons cases:
(1) It will be a great feature and players will like it RP wise and personally.
(2) Players could RP selling it to other players or giving weapon case rather then directly handing over a gun.
(3) In case of death we only loose equiped/used cases and keep stored cases as we do with heavy weapons cases.
(4) We could store cases in our vehicles and transfer them around.(Limit could be added for weapons cases as we have with C4s, maybe like 5 cases max per gun in our inventory "/items")
(5) We could store cases in our apartment and /load whenever we want incase of death/respawn scenario.
(6) Gang/Mafia HQ could be used to store weapons cases and members would take it or a group leader would equip its members as Police Department do before departure.
(7) We could carry more than one type of same grade weapon like if I carry 2xDeagle cases, 5x 9mm pistol cases and also have a few silenced pistol cases and use it whenever we want rather than going back and for to Ammunition to change weapons type.
An overall summary is that Roleplay will be better and overall request is that add Light Weapons Cases.

I have an idea about adding Hunger Bar in game and I need your support for it.
As of me I have played 10s of different RPG servers through out SAMP and the most interesting of them were those with Hunger and thirst feature. It was fun to play like that, its a better Roleplay, looks more realistic.
Advantages of Hunger Bar:
(1) The food shops will have more use and the food which was only to regain HP will now be used for Eating to regain Hunger points(Medkits should be added to heal upto 50hp).
(2) Roleplay will be realistic and people can arrange parties e.g, on Hotels or Bars for fun and RP purposes.
(3) Food shops will have more worth and Food items will sell for more price.
(4) We might attract new players by adding such features (maybe),
(5) Farmers can make their own bussiness by not just selling their crops to the Factory rather than that selling it to players. (Harvested crops should be cheaper than food items on stores due to their quantity of production)

Giving gangs/mafias Official status through their progress in recapturing turgs is a great idea, it can be improved. You may have at least 2 turfs a day which means about 58-62 turfs a month minimum for Official status.
Incase of legal groups such as families, clans etc there should be at least 5 members in a group according to their influence in the city, their roleplay quality (ScreenShots) and Roleplay quantity (ScreenShots) they would recieve their Official status.
Bussiness would be similar and their requirments should be high activeness of employees, their influence in the city, their daily RP pics with quality and quantity etc.
Its a suggestion.

Add trashbins to be emptied via scrilipt "/emptybin" and should be added as a Cleaner's job feature. Player might find $10-$100 in trash and would store in trash truck as we store crates.
