There is a 1 minute cooldown for cops when they want to equip Armour after being shot. Of course you need to pay, you're a criminal and not a police officer.

I know right :x, i sometime start patrolling at Red county but most of the crimes are done at LS that's why you see cops around LS patrolling.

Nowadays, we have criminals who stay in a medic duty 24/7 and at the same time cook heroin or commit crime, you ask why they're in medic duty? paychecks. You call a medic, non responds and is busy to cook heroin while on medic duty which is UNREALISTIC . So to fix this issue, prevent medics to commit crimes/cook heroin while in medic duties. Medics cannot use other unmarked non EMS vehicles.

These things should be asked via /em if the bullet would hit the player or not. No commands is needed to be honest, but you can role play that during a kidnapping situation/robbery via /me.
To be honest, after a shootout it would be amazing if we force players to RP the injures. Example a police officer had a shootout with a criminal, criminal died, police officer has 1 hp left, he shouldnt just leave the scene.. nowadays.. cops even leave the bodies in the middle of the road without calling a medic to pickup the body and clear off the scene which is pretty much unrealistic. And the bodies are either removed by admins or left there in the middle of the road.

The armour part can be easily abused by volunteers unfortunately, however, making it Cadet + might work. About shotgun part, yes.

Because admin should make sure that the bank robbery requirements are set. -
For bank robbery, there should be at least 10 Police officers online, and an admin approval is needed before starting the heist.
