The San Andreas Police Department has been questionably serving and protecting us for the last two years, it's been almost 3-4 and Derek Carter Chief of Police still didn't ought to give up the spot for another person, only for once when Frank Thompson came along for a few months, then it was scrapped. We NEED change! I believe for every (IRL) year or two we must have votings, or the amont of time spent in the office must be regulated!

things id change:
staff team (incompetent ones)not useful server updates:food and thirst o-meter, it might make the server unique but its definetly not what it needs right now
what the server needs:
less unuseful updates, more competent staff, willing to help players, solve problems at anytime
more rules regarding players, a somewhat okay ucp system so sort out players who can rp properly and who cannot
more rules regarding criminal activities
soemthing attractive to bring people to civil side
