      I was told to appeal on 24th Feb, but I'm appealing before 4days of the given date since I won't probably be able to play samp after February so it would be kind enough if administration team pardons the 4days and let me play for the left few days of february. Thank You Very Much.

      1. Sorry, I didn't know much of the rp rules- But I saw the group hq raid topic, what I understood by Devitt's post is that 'Raiding is when we being a group robbing a rival's storage with roleplay plannings and it can be done despite the lackings of a person in the victim's group leadership cause a senior admin would load the items for them'

        In my case, I'm extremely sorry if I didn't get the exact rules but still 'Me, Frisk Alaric was a r99 in yakuza from the beginning, he misbehaved with my crew members, so I being a leader loaded some sniper/m4 cases from their hq and left the group with my buddies thats all'. We also sort of did a little roleplay, like informing ECR leader through sms of us stealing the stuffs then baiting them to Roleplay scenario at a different place in the same time where we wiped them all with a good rp interaction. At least there was no report of the interaction being dm'ed and even yakuza would admit it was really good planned, like with a single 'cough' of charlie we switched sides and 10 ECR members rushed in.

        Thus My opinion, I am sorry even if my 'simple stealing of some sniper cases being a leader with perm' was ever directed to 'Hey! I raided an entire hq all alone', which I admit would be a rulebreak since a senior admin's observation or group council's approval would have been a must in that case. 

        Also, I saw VCS getting scammed the same way twice, one guy comes, stays 2 months, gets hq access, steals 20-30 sniper cases then dips. Hell ! even dizzy there during the war said, he would have let Roberto have the cases stolen from BV if it wasn't jonito playing on his account.
        I am extremely sorry again, I would gladly admit my faults if I am shown what would have been right here. Also, I learned from my mistakes.

    First of all I didn't use hack ever in any server even if people said I hack or something I tried to proof them with my gameplay video or something to show its legit not hack. Secondly we all are not angels mistakes are done by everyone the ex admin may have thought I use hacks which is pretty obvious because he doesn't know me well neither I have played in Valrise from a long time as I have played other servers people know me. Thirdly if I was accused of using hacks the admin team never team viewed my pc or forced me to cac or never gave me the chance to proof I didn't hack. It was like this that a sit was happening in GS9 and the admin who got killed by me in the sit directly went to admin duty while knocked and banned me as per the staff rules it's not even allowed I guess. Anyways I just want a chance if anyone thought I used hack or something I am sorry either way and please force me to cac so I can proof my skills or something that will be honored very much. Thank You.

      I was banned in a sit for hack I tried to proof that I didn't hack but if anyone saw me using hacks I'm sorry either way. I really wish to play here. I don't remember the date when I got banned and please give me another last chance if there is launcher or anyway to proof my innocence in the future please let me know. I'm really sorry and if possible if you guys want to accept my appeal let me know soon it's a request.

      I didn't ever hack in any server. I am not used to using hacks and I was banned due to aimbot at 8th May 2022. There was a sit going on in GS9, Admin Mike Kelly Lost to me in a 1v1 fight and then he banned me I literally missed 2 shots on him and then connected 4 shots straight which doesn't make me a hacker. I can proof my skills & I also made many shooting videos of mine, even I made shootout videos on Valrise too.

      I was already banned for ban evading then I appealed and got unbanned but then Hirose Katusro banned my account again saying ban evade while an admin himself unbanned me and said not to do that again so I didn't do that anymore but the admin banned me again for no reason. This is just complete harassment nothing else.

      I forgot about my ban in Valrise & the account that was banned for the first time had a small letter L in "Obaidul" and I was using capital i in another server so I forgot about it and thought it was a temp ban and the time period is over, so I started playing with the other account which had a capital i in "ObaiduI". The thing happened was totally out of my sense & I didn't even remember of it. This was my first time & as far as I remember I had no previous punishment history as well.

      So, I guess I deserve a chance and I request to unban my both accounts "Obaidul_Kader" & "Charles_Bozzelli". Since multi-accounting is not applicable you can delete my "Obaidul_Kader" account from the database and let me play with my lvl 8 "Charles_Bozzelli" account. I am also banned from discord server of Valrise Gaming my account is FRi$K#1681 I hope to get unbanned from the discord server as well.
