@LocMax Like in horizon, the gang management keeps an eye on every members like if any of their leaders recruit member ooc'ly or without any rp and ooc rules test then they get jailed for non rp recruit and if gang leader does that then the gang get 1 strike.(3 strike = disband).
how about we try this but in detail system and also remove the way to be in sapd as volunteer like just you need lvl 3 coz sapd group is the most fav group for ban evaders or dmers to dm as volunteer. And coz of volunteers, there are 100 issues with all daily .

Another thing i would like to add is that, Enforce strict rules against DMs and random robberies in the server as this will mostly help in decreasing the number of DM in the serveri agree, because of this ppls don't even recruit new players coz rivals will just rob them and new players will get mad instead of learning new things

I agree with @Redline
Gangs should interact with each other like brawls rp, db'ing each other cars and kidnap members with valid ic reasons and many more whereas mafia should interact with other mafia's or come up to groups who don't have warehouse and sell them gun cases and mafia should be get used to wear mask coz they're mafia and they should be hiding their identity for the most of the time-

i don't know when i get banned but i am not ban evading am raghu brother and i already have sent voice msg to @AIMwith me and my brother but still i got banned and if you want then i can give our pic together, pic doesn't lie and i am not ban evading i just want to play the server back please unban me and raghu had a huge punishment record and you can check mine, there's alot difference and i even did alot of rp screens you can also see so you can clearly see differences between me and raghu and i just want to play back please unban me and i request edurado sir i haven't did ban evade.
