What I mean is that a officer shouldn't decide how much the fine is going to be. For example you don't need to put
/fine 20 5000 Speeding
But you will have to do
/fine 20 Speeding
And then for example the notification in the radio will be
Officer (insert officer name) has fined (insert player name) $500 for speeding.Or the fine can be via Dialog where you choose the road-law break from a list.
