Julio's suggestion makes you not act dumb as you do daily, makes you wanna live n have your shit stored somewhere as Julio said. You don't get rewards for staying alive anywhere, you do that for yourself.
Dying on daily basis is something you do for yourself too, it depends on how you wish to roleplay.
You are basically trying to force everyone to stay alive, which will indeed create less shootouts but role playing opportunities will be limited more than they are right now.

That's called selfishness, you can't choose to live n get rewards or die and not face punishment, Julio's suggestion is fair for all sides.

That's more like it, if admins bothered taking the reports right after they are made, you won't see suggestions like this.
And don't come with "ThEy MiGhT bE bUsY oR RoLEpLaYinG" bullshit because they aren't.

That's the point, the victim always gets the idea that he's gonna get murdered because he's used to roleplay with gambinos and whatsoever. I believe implementing such system would make it even worse.
I do wish admins were quicker than they are now, silliest n easiest reports get responded to in like an hour, at least mine.

Because he's limiting the opportunities, if such thing gets implemented people are gonna be desperate not to die, the current system is literally fucked up like it is, you pull up to some random guy and ask him to hands up n roleplay a robbery, the guy just runs away. With such thing added it's gonna make it worse, the guy won't even roleplay cause he's desperate for such useless perks you'are trying to add.
No one has complained about the daily shootouts either, I believe you are well satisfied with your current police system so why bother.

Relogging to avoid equip cooldown?
There was a situation at Four Dragons in which I was involved in as a SWAT member, I had like 96 armour and 100 hp, I had cooldown for some reason, and I did indeed relog, then equipped myself with teargas n shotgun then breached, after the breach I had 1 hp left, I waited for the cooldown then equipped myself with armour n healed up, if the ban was for relogging to equip armour when my armour was literally 96, then I'm sorry but a permanent ban?
