    Ruled By Gabriel Medrano and Sergej Salvatore ,,Los Legisladores Bolivianos,, was a strong cartel operating mainly in Bolivia and it accessed the sea thru Peru and operated in Gayana And Cuba. They mainly distributed narcotics and weapons with several other organizations but also were involved in prostitution, loan sharking, kidnappings, illegal gambling and contract killing.

    Everything was going so well for the cartel until its rivals the Colque Cartel overpowered them taking everything they had in Bolivia and killing most of its members.

    Gabriel, Sergej and a few other members of the cartel who survived escaped Bolivia and went to Gayana then Cuba.

    They continued operating in Cuba and Gayana and worked for the strongest family there the Moreno Family.

    With the help of the Cuban family,Los Legisladores Bolivianos got back up again and got powerful enough to get back to Bolivia and eliminate the Colque Cartel.

    Medrano got all cartels people from all operation locations and took them to Bolivia.

    In Bolivia, it turned out that while Los Legisladores Bolivianos was operating in Cuba and Guyana the Colque Cartel was weakened by the bolivian  authorities and the army 

    so  Los Legisladores Bolivianos had an even bigger chance of taking over their main operations in Bolivia and Peru.

    Since The Colque Cartel was hiding in Bolivia from its authorities Medrano and Salvatore had to find out their last place by kidnapping and torturing one of their main men

    After  Los Legisladores Bolivianos got all its members back and help from the Moreno Family they found and  pushed back The Colque Cartel and eliminated them permanently.

    Colques End.

     

    Los Legisladores Bolivianos continued their operations as they used to back before Colque took over and they were doing well until the Bolivian authorities went after them too.

    They fought against the authorities for months until the authorities got the upper hand in the battles and took many of the cartel's members out.

    Medrano Salvatore and the rest of the living members knew they couldn't push back the Bolivian authorities so they decided to escape to San Andreas using boats

    After settling in San Andreas they took control of Red County and started their operations there and ever since they have been successful.
