The cooldown is there to avoid useless chat spam for nearby players, (or the receiver) but I agree the limit should be increased.

A custom keybind should be enough for you. Not all vehicle functionalities have shortcuts and it's better that way, otherwise each button will activate or disable something and it will just cause a mess. I personally find it easy to lock or unlock my vehicle and I had never been in a situation that forces me to use this command in next one millisecond, or else. If you really want it implemented, create a keybind and bind it to whatever key you want. Engine and toll were implemented as shortcuts because some people are not willing to activate an engine in the middle of a chase or open the toll, they would like to keep everything fast. Locking a vehicle.. does not really need to be fast.

That could be cool, but I feel it's unnecessary. Why do you even need a house, to store stuff in? To spawn at it because you die too often? Then ask for a house key from a friend and you'll be able to store and to spawn there, although I doubt the 'sharing storage' idea is gonna work well.

Why do you wish to become a Lawyer: The lack of lawyers and law protecting agencies around Los Santos and around it is very noticeable, recently I have been seeking for a lawyer for some guidance and assistant on a case I was asked to help with, but that's a story for another time. The paramedics can heal other players for money if they're inside their Ambulances, but sometimes they can not afford the healing. I suggest letting the paramedic choose either to heal the player for free, cuz you know.. poor people no job

Come on, there can't be an RP server without local OOC (out of character) chat, right? Currently I use the round brackets )) after my message but there should be a chat for it I guess.

*  Please make the paramedics more useful. My suggestion is like this; In case somebody gets murdered, dies or anything else, they get knocked down and a paramedic needs to reach them, take them to the hospital or treat them in that location in order to save them, otherwise after a certain amount of time they die.

 

*Add a command for the firefighters, paramedics and police to go to the roof of the hospitals, police stations and fire departments, there are helicopters there that can not be reached otherwise. (Or just add stairs)

 

*Give paramedics more stuff to do. Online available EMS team units should receive a notification that somebody died/got murdered so we can take care of it, load the body to the Hospital or something.. That's what medics do = )

 

* /onduty command to see how many & who online is an on duty paramedic, firefighter, taxi driver, police volunteer or actual police and maybe, when there are some then also courthouse workers and FBI/CIA/SWAT.

 

*What about the LSPD roster? Isn't there a real PD list with real recruitment process, or anybody just can become a cop in game? I'm asking that because of the usage of the word "volunteers" in the "RPG reopen announcement " in the forum.

 

*Please make the range of the /toll command a bit further than the toll guard booth and the gate, it's kinda annoying to full stop before going through, could be nice to do it mid-driving.
