Remove any files that are not related to either the main GTA San Andreas game, or SA-MP. If you don't know how to do that, uninstall and then reinstall the game to get a clean copy of it, from a reliable source. This will guarantee that you will not have any hacks installed with the game without your knowledge.

It is, that is why I asked you if you installed any modifications to the game recently but you replied that you did not. Replace the corrupted file with a clean one, and you will be unbanned. Don't ever use any kind of modification to the game that gives you an unfair advantage over other players, you should know better than this already.

Please record a footage of yourself running in a front line in any SA-MP server like you showed me in game, and post it here.

Some servers may allow you to use this kind of modification that makes you unable to fall off from a bike, but we do not. Remove this modification from your game, and I might consider unbanning you.

This is exactly what you don't see in here, just the mere fact that you are suspected (or alternatively, about to be suspected as you're performing a crime) does not grant you the ability to shoot every cop you see on sight, assuming he is there to arrest you or even worse, take you down. Also, you were not interrupted at all - You decided to relate Elias to your scene for a reason that I can't understand.
Elias here, like with many other people in general and cops in particular in various daily situations got caught in the wrong place in the wrong time but you as a player was not correct here either. Yes, it was an unfortunate mistake but the responsibility falls on you and not on Elias for passing by. People miss some chat messages when they are not focused, it's nothing new. But you as a criminal that is currently committing a crime should not engage a cop let alone start a shootout with a bunch of them. You should run away, considering that very specific police officer that has reached your position (regardless if he interacts with you or not) is still a police officer and you are not some immortal that can not die - You should not go rampage and kill someone just because he's wearing a uniform, not everyone is there to arrest you.

I posted this because I have a problem with you, in the role of community owner, posting a thread that calls out specific players. Matthew had no intention of humiliating, hurting the feelings of, shaming or pointing fingers at anybody in this community in particular. What he did was posting a video, chatlogs and conversation logs that are relevant to the situation. You want the full conversation logs and videos? I can give you them very easily, the only issue that you will face is that there is too much irrelevant information (irrelevant = not related to the topic of discussion) that is just going to confuse you or steer you away from the subject.
The reason this topic was submitted is very simple; To address a very specific and very common mindset that many people seem to have around, they like shooting cops and some of them commit crimes just so they can shoot cops, for the fun in it. You want to tell me that it's not a wrong mindset to have? You want to argue with someone here that it is somehow acceptable to shoot every cop you see just because you assume he is going to arrest you, considering he even knows who you are and what you are doing?
The only horrible example here is the player's, and Jamal is just the person that ended up being in the spotlight. If it wasn't him then it'd just be another person, it's a recurring issue and the list only grows.

You were banned for a reason. What would change if I lift your ban? You didn't even try to apologise for what you did, and it does not matter at all when you were banned.

You were unbanned, and the punishment will be removed from your history. But for the next time, please don't pay such people any attention and don't respond to them. Giving out any information about the other server for the public can be defined as advertising, so be careful next time.

They are not "moving this server" to another server, they are taking notes from places where similar cases happened and were successfully encountered, more than once even. As Marcell mentioned above me, it's about time we force people to have consequences(/repercussions) for their roleplay actions.

Why does every single conversation must include hate and disrespect towards each other? Learn how to talk in a civilised and mature way and stop insulting everyone who talks against your suggestion, it's really not that hard. Christian, they supported your suggestion and even gave more options on how the objects you mentioned could work in the server, you are way off the limit by insulting him for saying something you didn't like, even though I personally don't see what's the problem with it.
For all of you, keep this a mature conversation without going down to insulting all the time, be polite towards each other or don't continue this conversation at all, I really don't mind either way.

Let me tell you about a few of the changes in the server, in a chronological order:
In the past, SWAT had 200 per cent armour and 100 HP.
After the server received its update about shooting mechanics to more efficiently sync hits to the player, it was changed to 100 armour and 50% bullet resistance on both HP and armour because you couldn't go above 100 armour, making it a total of 400 armour & HP.
Afterwards, the criminals were given joints who give the player who uses it 48% per cent resistance on HP and syringes, which gave the player who uses it 48% resistance on armour.
Since then and until today, SWAT's resistance to bullets is nerfed to %30 per cent on both armour and HP to better represent the older system of 200 armour and 100 HP.
At the end of the day, SWAT is more powerful than criminals as they have resistance to both armour and HP, but they are not that far off from criminals who get 48% resistance on HP or armour. SWAT should be more powerful than criminals, and SWAT having only %30 resistance is only a gift for the criminals as they used to be way more powerful than that.
To better address the management's thoughts about this matter, here is a quote (briefly edited) from our conversation about this topic:

Criminals should be smart enough to just run away or to not shoot cops due to a traffic stop, that's why SWAT has some small advantage, to prevent criminals of constantly shooting at cops as SWAT is there to offer backup... sadly criminals here just shoot at whoever they want, like taking it as a (t)dm server, which is totally wrong
I don't care if they shoot cops, it's GTA afterall, it's a game
but you shouldn't forget that cops are trained (or at least should be) and that, when shit goes real, SWAT will step in and you better leave the location and run to BC or whatever, you can not complain about it.
CraZe is correct in his statement in his first post in this topic in my opinion, SWAT should be more powerful than they currently are as they are a governmental faction and should receive support directly from the government, even if the amount of drugs produced was nerfed it shouldn't make that big of a difference for the people who replied above me as they are able to produce more than enough weed and/or heroin for a few joints and syringes, not considering the fact that usually the criminals have the upper hand in troops advantage when it comes to a SWAT versus criminals gunfight.

Members have been warned, some less than others. Take this as a public warning, all forum rules apply here and blatantly insulting other people like before was never, and still isn't acceptable.
