I would like to relocate my Fort Carson Motel to Angel Pine for a rp proposal.
Since angel pine doesn't have many habitable houses compared to Fort Carson and a lot of people like Flint County i would like to run a motel in angel pine and give everyone the chance to buy a room, especially poor new players who don't know where to store stuff .This will help me to recruit also people for my group that rp in flint county and give them a room for live.

But in my opinion should not delete the group points (put all groups with 0 points).
It would be enough to add these ideas that I have said with the right amount of group points for buy the “perk” for revamp the whole sistem ( also + vehicles that can be purchased with group points and not only 4)…There are groups like Tim/LMSA/Yakuza, Gambino or VCS who are old, they have always accumulated a lot of points over time without use them ... I don't see why they should lose them.
At least they too have something to use points for

they should only count the points made by the new system, so I would say the month of May if I am not mistaken (10kg of drugs for make 1 point etc… )

But a lot of groups keep farming points without use it because there are not more things to buy… so maybe it’s fair for them
We can maybe start to count the points from a date like august or September I don’t know…
this is a management decision I think, I just dropped an idea I hope someone will work on it for get implemented

Insert new things that can be purchased with points.
some examples(I put 300 points because seem me a fair number but can be more or less, management decision)
300 group points: your group will be able to get 2 grams of weed more at the harvest.
300 group points: your group will be able to collect 10g of heroin more at the collection.
300 group points: your group will be able to collect 10g of meth more at the collection
300 group points: your group will be able to get 15k in the group bank account for each turf won-defended300 group points: Your PG at the dealer will increase of 3
300 group points: your group will have a 20% discount on ammunation
(the profit of the owner will be the same, you will just pay a bit less for the guns/armour)
These are just some ideas.These points are always applicable whenever you have points.
So if you basically have for example have 1200 points and want chose the option of the “turf” x4 times you will get 60k for each turf won-defended or 8g more of weed if you chose the “weed option”etc…
With this maybe the group points can have a new life/update.

PROLOGUE:Christo Orlov is the eldest son of a family of Ukrainian refugees, he arrives in the State of San Andreas from Ukraine.
When he was still a suburban guy, one day Christo witnesses a Russian mobster kill two would-be assasins holding Kalashnikov rifles (AK47).
Therefore he undesrtands that his job is not work in the family restaurant but to satisfy another human ned: weapons.
The incident inspires him to go into arms trade: Christo muses that the constant need for weapons is the similar to the human need for food and drink, thus he can make a fortune.
However, Christo continues his small business and slowly begins to scale to world of arms trafficking,starting to expand with the sale of AK47s that remained from the Lebanon war.
As Christo begins to prosper by exploting his growing network of business connections, he comes to the attention of FBI.
BUSINESS BOOM:
Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991 , he threw himself headlong into the weapons of this war never waged( Cold War) by buying them at low prices.
Christo flies back to Ukraine and illegally buys Russian guns (Rpg, ak47 , m4 , snipers, grenades etc...) and a lot of munitions.
He takes the opportunity offered him by the political Russian's vacuum to sell them all over the world.
In order not to be tracked by FBI, Christo it was typical to use code names to hide his weapons, for example he used to call the AK47, the ArKangel Gabriel.
After this boom, Christo began to sell weapons also to the Drug Lords of the South American Cartels.
In this way he met the Drug Lord Pablo Blanco, coming into contact with the Medellin Cartel and later El Cartel de Santa Muerte in San Andreas.
Paid by a drug trafficker of cartel 10 kilos of cocaine instead of money, Christo also begins to engage in drug dealing for the Cartels by plane.
He thus begins trafficking Weed, Meth , Heroin , Cocaine throughout the state of San Andreas with difficult-to-trace air routes.
THE CARTEL ERA:
After yet another traffic, Christo is arrested by the San Andreas FBI and abandoned by all his loved ones as he prepares to serve the rest of his life in jail defined as the most dangerours Lord of War of all times.
He was a death merchant.
Thanks to his contacts with Pablo Blanco and the Cartel of San Andreas he will be able to get out of jail before the extradition to the federal prision in Los Santos.
Now, alone in the world, Christo has nothing left but to devote him self to the activity in which he has the curse of excelling: arm trafficking.

No sniper for us, no sniper for all of you too (just some units trained for that and that are active in the server) deployed for a specific situation that require the use of a sniper such as barricaded area, huge and big weed field(not 200 seeds lol)or for a criminal that need to be shotted down because is most wanted for murder crimes of cops/others.
This is my point of view..
This discussion is to limit the use of heavy weapons(Sniper), I am not entering into the merits of the work of the cops, I am only making considerations and opinions
