Had to put the prices of business' unrealistically high due to certain bugs that made it far more easier to make money than anticipated. These will be reduced to an appropriate level once we balance the job salaries

In order to make bussinesses useful and to help the economy circulate better here is my idea:
Business owners should be able to hire employees through script.
For example :
Owner of a bar should have waitress,cook, barman. All of the employees can be upgraded, in order to improve the income.
Owners will pay taxes of course and salaries. The budget will be deducted from their profit for salaries, taxes.
Scripted employees can be upgraded to level 1,2,3. With every upgrade the profit will raise with 5-10 percent, for example.
This will really boost the usage of the businesses.
Also, new business properties could be added, such as warehouses, auto parts shop, hair saloons etc. They will operate in the exactly same way as the above suggestion. I am not saying that you can make milions out of your business, but hiring employees, scripted by the server, would be cool and the management could be more interesting.
I do like the idea, but I had issues figuring out how you want this to be a sustainable solution in terms of having a continuous cash flow to actually be able to pay your employees. In other words; why would people to your business rather than an unemployed one which you could simply just /enter and /buy your shit and go?
New business' are, of course, of interest. We'll look into adding more.
A suggestion; make all other business' in same category inactive when there are business' which have online/active employees in. Ie. if I start my shift in a hair saloon, all other hair saloons would be inactive to promote/force people going to your hair saloon.

PALETO CARTEL BACKGROUND
The year was 1956, a hot summer day in Paleto. Two distant cousins were running one of the most notorious criminal organizations known by human history in the northern district of San Andreas. They originate from Mexico, Sinaloa, being taught early on how to manufacture and produce drugs by the streets. Cold blooded and sinners, but yet believed in forgiveness by God. Family was the only thing keeping them alive, and the cartel was their only living bread. With the years passing, the Paleto Cartel was increasing in numbers. Their main activities included human trafficking, drug production and sales and racketeering. As the organization grew, the cartel ate bigger parts of the market. The news kept up with their latest happenings. But that comes with a price.
In 1999, federal authorities started a task force to end the cartel's activities. There was a massive bloodshed, and enormous damages to properties caused by the operation. Though, they caught up with major cartel members, including the two cousins. Continuing the shut-down of the organization a lot of members were either killed in action or caught behind bars as well. A year later there was no trace of the cartel, but the law enforcement couldn’t find most of the dirty money, nor drugs, leading to think that there were still stashes around the state.
Not stopping there, in 2021 similar cartel activities started to blossom again at Paleto. It's rumored that two descendents of the major members of the Paleto cartel had crossed the federal authorities radar. According to underground sources, they got access to the stashes, allowing them to regain the infamous power they had in the past. Residing in San Andreas, undisclosed locations they operate in the shadows, not repeating the same mistakes their predecessors did.FACTION INFORMATION ((OOC))
Paleto Cartel is a fictional drug cartel concept based in Paleto, San Andreas, but not limited to it. Us as a faction, we concentrate mainly on quality over quantity in all perspectives. In this concept, we always focus on our development, which conclusively connects the faction. Before joining, we advise you to do some research on Hispanic/Mexican illegal criminal organizations. When roleplaying around the faction, your character should have some type of valid reason for hanging out around the group. Most of the time, the character grew up in the block with somebody associated with the cartel, attended schools in the neighborhoods the cartel supplies, may have relatives or family members involved in other gangs or organizations affiliated with the cartel and therefore already knows how things go down in the area.
Approaching the faction may seem difficult, but by keeping few things in mind will make the process a whole lot easier than it looks. All members are required to strictly follow the server rules. Depending on the severity, if you're punished by an administrator, you'll receive OOCly diciplinary actions here as well.
The faction leadership reserves the right to Character Kill (CK) any individual within, or wants to be in, the cartel as long as there are proper reasoning. This is not our first method of approach, nor will we resort easily to this method. It's meant as a last resort to fully maintain the privacy and secrecy of the organization.

After hours of rational and reflective contemplation; I've decided to challenge myself for the ultimate adventure and character development. Does not abide by any laws nor rules, only follows his born instincts. Regardless of how the community perceive the matter, my character will uptake a challenge never seen before. Consistent and extremely difficult endurance and weight training, to participate in a matter to revolutionize San Andreas. By grasping the thought of leadership and order, the rule must be overtaken by a figure who believes in the power of the ancient Gods. I'll swim and run across the county, searching for the secrets of Odin. Once I've accomplished the first task of the mission, Dylan and Mikro will have to concede defeat and despair for forgiveness. I'll be controlling all of San Andreas as the new acting Jarl.

All items receives a specified weight, and you can carry a maximum of 5kg in your inventory. And another 15kg if you buy a bag.
Possible perks for donating; 2kg extra
All storage systems have a maximum weight capacity as well. For instance; a SUV can carry more weight than a compact, and vans can carry even more.
1x Weed/Heroin/Meth/Cocaine = 1g
1x Phone = 250g
Fishing rod = 700g
etc

Also, I'm not if it's a bug; but you can't see which upgrades your vehicle previously have making it extremely difficult not to buy the same upgrade again

You can outrun the peds before they get into the car and still be on the mission, they spawn in the car later nevertheless.

Vehicle doesn't recognize the owner

I'm not sure how this occured, though when I spawned the car from /v list and used it to run testing errands, I let sit by the shore for some time. It vanished after some time, and I did /v list to find the vehicle. I went to the location, but my car wasnt there, but two other unknown vehicle. I attempted to respawn my vehicle through /v list, and it suddenly appeared. But it didnt recognize me as owner.

Cheating the tuning shop

Explanation of the bug:
By going into the tuning shop, arrowing down to the upgrade you wish and clicking backspace instead of enter. You need to at least buy one upgrade for this mod to work. When you arrow down to each upgrade and clicking backspace, you'll receive the upgrade. When you finish tuning the car, view your basked and purchase whatever you picked to begin with. You'll then only see the one upgrade you're purchasing whilst all the others are not visible in your basket. When you purchase and leave the tuning shop, you'll have all the tunes to your car until you respawn. You see in the pictures that I have added neon, tint and all the internal upgrades, but only the spoiler is visible.
Note: Only the actually purchased upgrade will remain after you respawn your vehicle.

Car dealership profits you wrongly

Currently all the cars cost 200$. Though, there seems there are no correlation between the markup percentage and the profit gained from a purchase. Car dealership earns 24k for a purchase of 200 bucks. Makes no sense.
