Right now we are at the point m4 does 9.9 damage not even a full 10..and ak47 deals way less.Meanwhile a desert eagle deals 46.
The idea is to boost the assault rifles damage in order for them to be more realistic.
M4 9.9 Damage per hit > 15 Damage per hit.
AK-47 unclear if its between 7-9 > 16 Damager per hit.

Ak47 deals more damage since it has less ammo and is less accurate.
I would suggest a boost on MP5 damage but it has the highest fire rate which means doing so would only make it OP.

--Vehicle Warehouse--
This is a new type of warehouse in which you will be able to bring stolen vehicles,the warehouse will dissmantle cars and turn them into vehicle parts.
Once the process is done at X ammount of vehicle parts you will be able to deliver them to a dealership and sell them.
There will be 3 types of the parts you can get :
Luxury vehicles-The ones you will get the most money from.(Sport cars , limos etc)
Normal vehicles-The second most profitable.(4 doors)
Utility vehicles-The last profitable vehicles-(trucks)
To balance this you will get less parts from sport cars and the most parts from trucks.
Only the state owned vehicles can be delivered in order to avoid delivering your friends ones.
The transport of these parts can be ilegal and they can only be delivered to Grotti dealership.

Yes right if by any way refund anyone others will want to be refunded aswell.just leave it as it is score doesn't matter much anyway.

Since you took a "military group" as an example ,currently there would be only the private ones such as the one i have i don't have to stay legal as i don't serve the government how we fund ourself is our very own business and no one's else even if its drugs.
On the other point the warehouse is purchaseable its their very own decision and considering these kind of warehouses need to be set by admins only the group leader can request one.Same example goes for a weed house even the so called "SAPD" members who are not supposed to be selling drugs can own one.

1-The lab should be more expensive than a usual warehouse, like 3m+
2-There can be certain places that like ingredients warehouses where you have to get a truck to load them and to drop them at your Lab or you can simply get ings from the dealer as usual
3-Once ingredients are inside, you shall go inside the Lab and do /produce or /production start
4-There should be interaction after starting production so every one hour you would need to go inside the lab and add the ingredient required (The cmd shall add the whole amount of the ingredient), like /ingredient (calcium - sodium - acetone)
5-There should be a risk of getting arrested, while transfering the ings.
6-the lab shall hold a max of 50 of each ingredient (so it isnt OP)
7- The lab shall give 55 grams per patch instead of the usual 105-108 to balance it
8-you would have to add ingredients each hour, and at the end you do /collect inside the Lab, the collection process should take like 2 minutes
9- The time of the whole process shall be between 3 hours and 4 hours, and the outcome is 2.7kg of heroin
10- the main idea, is to make smth cool, more RP, more interaction , and less waste of time on shacks (which will still be useable)
============== --- UNOFFICIAL GROUPS DRUG LAB --- ============== --Same concept, same everything, but with less amounts per batch so its like 45 grams per batch(30) Smaller interior.
Note:Once started the production can't be stopped.An entire group is waiting for 4 hours just so a volunteer can join a dead time zone and cancel it wont be fair reminding that a weed house is fully covered since there are normal houses,a warehouse is quite visible and simple to find.+You can produce way more alone then with your entire group in a drug lab.
