You have an excessive punishment history. Two permanent bans in a month doesnt sound right to me. Also this is your 3th time ending banned. Yet constantly breaking the same rule over and over again. Why we should give you a chance once again to play in our server? Considering, your answer will be taken into account for your unban request.

Everything releated to your PC or your IP is your own responsibility. I've seen many people coming with the same excuse with "My 10th cousin or 20th brother logged in, not me" which is lame. You didn't come clean before nor now. I am asking you lastly to say the truth and actually care about your appeal else it wont last longer with those lies and excuses.

Unsupported. It is an IC matter and to be solved In Characterly. As Paco said there is a section where you actually can submit a complain againts certain officer for breaking regulations and I am sure the command staff will take care of it as fast as possible.

Firstly you have choosen a bad idea to DM at Public event and ruin it.
Second you cant just kill people insultijng your religion or so, you simply report them if you feel offended and administrators would solve it.
Third, Elaborate in 150 words what you did was wrong and what you should do to avoid doing it in the future.
Fourth is that you got 3 recent bans and this is your fourth. You were given a lot of chances , which you failed to abide the rules. Why we should give you a chance to prove yourself worthy to the server and follow the rules?
