Short: Grinding for perks became a lot of fun and there should be more perks to grind for awarding the groups to grind.
Some perk ideas:
1. FASTER DRUG PRODUCTION PERK
Would cost: 240 GP - allows the group to produce drugs faster (Plants would also grow much faster)
2. A DOUBLE OR NOTHING PERK
. Would cost 240 gp - Doubles the perks you already have activated. (WOULD NOT WORK FOR FASTER DRUG PRODUCTION)
3. THE BLS KIT PERK.
Would cost 120 GP - Allows members to use BLS kit's even with EMS on.
4. UN-WANTED PERK.
Would cost 240 GP - Allows members to be hidden from Phone trackers, would not be able to be traced with this one.
5. GUNSMITH PERK.
Would cost 300 GP - Allows members to carry 4 guns.

Short story:
Some things to do to earn group points require a lot more work then others and with that should give you more points.
10k of any drug - Should give 3 points.
Smuggle - Should give 4 points.
Marked money 100k - Should give 2 points.
Also from what i noticed missions such as:
Plane smuggle, cargobob smuggle, cargoship smuggle, drug van, don't give group points, they should give 10 points at the end of the mission.

Sorry we don't add new properties, you can buy a property somewhere else and move it there.
