C4 explosive costs 5.000$
Reward from the nuked ATM is between 7.000$ and 9.000$
Profit: 2.000$ - 4.000$
Risk: too high, cops get alerted the moment you BEGIN planting the bomb which gives them enough time to respond
Suggestion: Change the reward system of the ATMs and bring the action back. Criminals love the adrenaline of nuking ATMs, cops love going after ATM nukers when there aren't any situations (they can choose not to, it's up to the cops).
We used to have rewards of 13k-20k$ which were very fair given the risk and the cost of the explosive.
We hope the management can look into this and at least bring the system back to how it was.
