    Request to move any bar here is denied. You can relocate an existing office to here and move the house from here with approval first from a senior admin.

    Two properties are being relocated so it will be $100,000. 

     

    The yard will cost $1,500,000 as it is inside Los Santos. Total cost will be $1,600,000.

     

    If the office will be moved the value of the property will be changed to $500,000 so the property admin will be changing the value and then you can re purchase it.

    Hello Emerson!

     

    As you need a room in the same place, this is actually not possible but needs mapping. But if you want to place an elevator as a floor if your exterior has a floor then we can add elevator. It will cost $5,000,000 for the elevator so you can access the room for your private property. If your property from exterior has no floors, then the request will be denied.

    These are a few questions you need to answer.

    • How many times you ban evaded?
    • Why will we still give you a chance to be unbanned?
    • Anything really changed from you, or you are going to do the same actions after getting unbanned.
    • You are known to scam people by breaking many rules in a less amount of time. What makes you different now?

    If you answer this, then I will consider this as a ban appeal from you because you have copied and pasted your first appeal only, or it will be straight denied. Also, this does not mean you are getting unbanned right now, but if you really start following the rules and not keep making poor play experience for other players. Then I might consider you to unban.

    Hello Martin!

     

    Before we proceed, I would like to address the concerns raised in your punishment history.

    Your punishment history has a pattern of behavior that includes begging for unban dice, engaging in toxic behavior, and making false statements to admins. Also noting out several casino scams, spamming and disrespectful behavior towards staff team.

     

    Your chance is low, but if you manage to answer good in the appeal, you might get one chance.

     

    1. How many times you ban evaded?
    2. Assurance that you really have committed to maintain a positive attitude?
    3. What measures you will take to ensure that you will not repeat the same actions that led you to your same previous bans?

    Answering this will not guarantee you an unban because of your long punishment history. But, if you really will answer this all by yourself, then I might consider you to give a last chance.
