OR
they simply reject the revive n do some stupid RP line like /me dies of injuries and so on....
Overall my point is that people don't even bother to RP with the current system, how horrible they will behave if your suggested system gets implemented

It will kill the EMS Job, currently, the players call EMS just to get /revive and then search for vending machines to heal, if this gets implemented, the EMS would have nothing to do except some scripted missions
