First of all Hello! Hope you all do good.
I need a yard for my HQ so i can design it properly , i dont like it by default.
I need the yard to make my HeliPad on roof, place barriers around my HQ as i have parking there, to design the exterior and the walls of my HQ.

As you can see i need the property limit on this green color, i hope it isnt a problem cause my HQ is big and i had my plan to furniture all of this so it can look better not too dry like here.

Everytime when i launch the UGRP launcher i write my Master acc name and password and it appears this.

i tried manytimes to fix this shit but it appears as i restarted my pc it appeared again and again and again , can someone tell me what to do?
