Having a small crosshair does not change recoil or accuracy in anyway; it is purely visual. My bullets most certainly do spread, and if you actually watch any of my videos closely you'll see there are many instances where I put my crosshair right on someone but miss due to recoil. You can pretty much watch any of my videos and notice that my shotgun isn't doing 30-40 damage consistently (as it would be if I was using nospread and aiming directly at people).
I'm not going to go hunt down 50 examples for you, but here's the first one I found at the 0:15 mark of this video:
SpoilerAs you can see in the photo below, my crosshair is directly on the cop, yet the bullet misses. Had I have been using nospread, it would have damaged him. You can also take note of the fact that according to my crosshair, the bullet should hit. However, because I am using a crosshair that is smaller than the default one, it does not accurately represent the accuracy/recoil of the deagle; so the shot misses.

Many people seem to be confused about this, so I have taken the liberty to make a video demonstrating the difference:
The version of nospread you're describing is one where the crosshair doesn't even expand, which should make it pretty obvious that you are not doing what I am doing in my videos.
Which is what I truly don't believe- or understand. Someone who has been playing SAMP for years thinks using nospread would be allowed? How would a CLEO that eliminates ALL recoil and makes your weapons perfectly accurate be allowed? I don't believe for one minute you actually weren't aware that spread.cs wasn't allowed. I think you're pleading ignorance in hopes of an easier punishment; but that's just my opinion.

Reinstall a CLEAN version of GTA SA, replace the gta_sa.exe with the one above, run everything as admin and try again.

1) Added an additional explosion that will ensure anyone at ground zero is dead (will be live in next update).
2) It's not supposed to be a stealth item, it's a pipe bomb made by an amateur.
3) I would disagree, an IED is definitely more useful than a grenade case IMO.
2/3 will require more use in-game & input from players before anything is done there.
