I've been accused of "/q to avoid arrest", when I left the game (because I had to due to IRL obligations). I really hadn't heard this famous police maverick, it just deserved to resume the scene and thus the chase but a ban is too heavy. I'm honest I haven't tried to ban evad or get around anything in these months of waiting.

It's literally IMPOSSIBLE that anyone came down, I couldn't hear anything it must have been pretty high. If there was a maverick I'd be paying more attention to that now.

As I explained in my first application I was shooting for a while in the East Beach/Stadium area with no cop vehicles on my tail, the last cop vehicle I saw was in Las Collinas and I had to /q, so I left making sure no one was behind me. Later I try to reconnect and I find myself banned, I would like to have some exposed elements that I can defend myself on the things where you accuse me. Thanks

No you get lost, it's not even the same reason. I really don't understand I was staying in the same area to check that no cars were following me before /q, admittedly I'm playing with the sound relatively low but I would have heard the sirens.

Yesterday I played with other players and we made a racket and when we went we were shot, I managed to stay alive and I became wanted like my friends. A little later we leave to refuel and from there we have no more vehicles while a police unit composed of two officers arrives (we were 5) I try to find a way to flee but there are no more solutions it was certain that we were going to be made focus. There was no other solution, they were going to call for reinforcements. I had not only a deagle but also an illegal weapon. We managed to get rid of this problem after a few minutes for X reason the admin banned my friends, I wait a few seconds IG I am not banned so I simply disconnect. Today surely a small bitch had to report me because had to take the hate to be dead while he had to engage a shooting, and I am ban while I had not killed anybody, I simply spoke with a guy. As you can see on this video, I was running around looking for a solution before using my gun.

He's a newbie, I taught him how to make money in the beginning because there was obviously no language barrier. Concerning the black truck it was obvious that he was following us simply thanks to a trick of my driver: To proceed to a detour which lengthens a way which can be avoided, as you can see on your video he followed the trap and took our exact direction by sticking to us limit, as you could well note it we just wanted to flee without killing him, we could have rushed him and gone away in not even 5 seconds. Concerning the ban-evad, did you make any checks later, as it already happened to me earlier when I arrived on the server? Anyway; I wouldn't have played with him if I recognized the behavior of an already banned friend, the first time I see someone using a backflip mod for that matter. I usually play with low level players because without lying I find the mentality of some who are high, to vomit when seeing their haughtiness.

Concerning the "copbaiting" we see only a tiny part of what is taken, I am obliged to pass by some places to be able to play & RP I want to remind that the scene starts from a will of my part for RP an accident, it is my fault if I am in zones of strong presences but it is not me who shoots at an unarmed suspect who just tries to flee. If I don't take enough precautions it's consequences that I should suffer ICly.

So, I had an accident with a guy on a bike and I apologized to the guy the cop in question wasn't there so I thought the cop was going to tell me about it, I decide to keep him informed since he didn't seem to be going up to las collinas, the place of the shooting. He starts trying to stop me without me explaining anything to him, I quickly deduce that he's there for the undercover cop and that he knows (I didn't know if the cop had /panic or gave information on the radio) I didn't have a fast enough vehicle and I saw a police car in the distance before that so I don't take any risks and I neutralize him to have time to run away. So it's not about "copbaiting" otherwise I would have just shot from the start so I wouldn't get in trouble with RP, nevertheless I understand that from a point of view without explanations from my side it was hard to understand.

Of course I deny it, I do the best I can to run away when I can, can you send me examples/evidence that I can explain on a case by case basis?
