I have apologised to Athena and have removed any bad blood via the ban as it was a big misunderstanding as I was unaware of any past harassment that had taken place due to how inactive i have been in the past year.
No harm was meant and there was no malicious intent behind my actions it was solely a joke i made towards a member of the community i view as a friend on this server.
It won't happen again as I never even meant it in a harassing way was purely to be annoying,

Hello I have been banned for sexual harassment for saying in the event to dm athena carter for feet pics for her bday, I am sorry to athena if that has offended her but it was only a joke and if anyone actually did dm her then they should be the ones banned but it was only a joke sorry my good sirs it wont happen again

Salam Inferno, it has been many months since my ban for DM, in this time I have went over my actions on this day that I rpged gs9 and understand what I done wrong, it was an action I took out whilst in a rage after my friends had been banned and was not something I should have done, my record is pretty clean and will not happen again.

Okay number 1 probs won’t be a good idea, the management team want a RP server that is not considered a joke which it currently is, a big part of that is public chat. Nobody can separate themselves from their character on valrise, everyone is just playing a version of themselves they aspire to be, they take everything oocly and a reason of this is public chat.
I agree with u public chat is funny and it makes valrise more entertaining as a whole, they can’t keep the server light rp but add all these rules when half the server Can’t grasp them

Hello admins, I am sorry for the act of DM i committed last month, but I have lived out the 2 week that is stated for first time bans. There are people with multiple bans for DM that are living on the server and I am not getting the second chance I deserve. Sorry for rpging GS9.

Walkietalkies are a plague upon most RP servers, used by primarily PF bangers and mallrats but on Valrise it seems everyone and their mothers has a walkietalkie. In a literal high speed pursuit on a motorbike? Let me talk in my walkietalkie. Sitting in the hood with a literal street gang? Let's communicate via walkietalkies like we're cops. Why are there street gangs running around talking via walkie talkies? It makes phones obsolete without any need for them other than ads, if players had to communicate like normal people and called eachother it would remove the DM aspect of spamming /wt 1 HELP HELP SHOOTING US GS9

man i am sorry, i was super upset as my friends all got banned so i tried to commit this unforgiving act, i hope i did not do too much harm to GS9 and hope I did not upset any RP. i won't do this again it is my first ban, sorry man.

This appeal was written when I was in a mood due to the ban, it was low effort and not very good. I never shot the officer as I wasn't even playing at the minute, i just came back to shooting so I left the car with my gun in hand as a defence mechanism in case we were in a shootout, I never fired the gun and after he was downed i put the gun away. I may be prone to shooting people for less than good reasons but I don't break the rules like this, I am not stupid enough to start dming outside of PD for no reason. We as a group had finally found direction in being a private security firm for Declan Kavanagh and we were straying away from the DM side of things. I hope to get another chance and turn a new leaf and just have some fun in lockdown.

The volunteer shot us first. I didn't shoot the volunteer. I shot his body on the ground with the rest of the group, check logs for all proof. I didn't shoot him whilst he was alive and he shot the first bullet of the sit. I was banned for being with Marco Spagerolli at the time, fact.

Yes I killed carlo in an admin sit because he was being arrogant after I killed him for a valid IC reason. He came back after I killed him and I never seen a red admin name nearby which was my fault so I just killed him. I apologise for this as it was a stupid thing to do. I was annoyed that he had a sense of entitlement even though he was killed for a valid reason. I said he was being a paki but this wasn't my reason for killing him I just said he is being a paki. For this I apologise. I know it is only a week ban but I just received a group and was planning to get back into Mudoo to take this group far and have fun.

You should be able to respond to reports on you. Some admins try so hard to please the reporter that they accuse you of the things before you give your side, would give you a better chance to defend yourself fairly
