      So first thing that happened, Carlo got suspected, then decided to shoot the fuck out of me with a sniper as he thought it was me that suspected him, it wasn't. I then looked around and only saw 1 person in sight, he was aiming at me as far as I could tell. I went and killed the person, that was where the chatlog starts with Penislo. I did kill him, as I genuinely believed he sniped me. After frisking him and finding no sniper I assumed him to be a hacker on late at night, no admins, high ping, low level, I still believed that it was him, however after him denying it, you can see I ask in radio if it was any cop messing around, to which I get no real answer back, so that furthered my believe into thinking it was Penislo, also the name didn't help his cause either. 
      You can then see we met again at LSPD, which Penislo started insulting me, almost trying to cause an argument. 
      He then asked how to become a cop, which I then showed him how to do it, we even took a picture in the room as it was only us 4 on at the time. 
      He was acting like a noob, asking basic commands to which we helped him and made him feel included.

      A few minutes later, I was inside LSPD talking to John, I get radio'd telling me to come back outside and kill someone, that backup is required. To which I then step outside and see Penislo shoot Carlo, didn't know why. I thought nothing of it as Carlo didn't react and the server was dead anyway I assumed they were just messing around. Then Ambatukam knifed Carlo as he had a gun in his hand and expected him to retaliate after being shot. Then Ambatukam attempted to leave the area, to which then Penislo started shooting Ambatukam and killed him, to which then I went back to revive Ambatukam, to which then I couldn't as he was headshot, but whilst I was attempting to do so, Penislo started shooting me for no reason, to which then I attacked back and hit him a couple times. He then killed me after I got up close, and he also didn't miss a bullet. All of this so far is making me assuming that Penislo is trolling and hacking, which prompted me to simply respawn at LSPD and attempt to kill him again, which I did after hitting him about 8 times with a deagle as he was using 4 different types of drugs for damage reduction. Which made me further believe he was indeed hacking, as you can see in the messages after killing him. 

      This lead to Ambatukam & I being coerced into fighting an undercover admin, this is what led to our unfortunate ban. I believe this was an unfortunate assumption on my end due to being lured into fighting a losing battle against a staff member that wanted me removed. Yes I'll take the blame for suspecting Carlo for kidnapping, Ambatukam jumped on his car and he started driving away initially and I suspected him, I jumped the gun on this one and didn't expect him to be so upset by it as there was 4/5 people online at the time so it wouldn't have mattered either way. 

      I'd appreciate if this can be reviewed as I genuinely didn't mean to break rules, my friends are starting to play again and I enjoy playing with them.

      Hello everyone, I am back once again with another ban appeal. I firstly wish to apologize for breaking the rules by abusing a command to flip my car. I would very much appreciate another opportunity to play this server again. I understood that was my last chance in my previous appeal, I just never expected punished for such a trivial (in my opinion) script abuse. I've heard many stories about this being done regularly by other players and as well as on other servers with no consequences. It's my fault for breaking the rules, I should've known as I was on my last chance I would've been under watch by staff, which I was evidently. I wish to apologize again and make it clear that this wasn't a script that I regularly abused, it just came about as I was exploring east LS trying to find some cool spots and assumed it wouldn't affect anyone and would allow me to continue enjoying myself rather than running back to where ever it was previously parked. In future I will not abuse any commands, in this scenario I won't even attempt to find spots as it doesn't fit the server, instead I will choose other methods to explore. I also wish to bring up the fact this command has been acknowledged by Locmax and he plans to implement a fix so that it is no longer abuseable under any circumstance. 

      As much as I could say there are flaws with the server, it's still my favourite one to play, maybe there are flaws in the community, but it's still the one I come back to. 

       

      If I get this chance to play again I will accept the fact that I'm under watch 24/7 essentially on house arrest and will remain with a clean punishment history for as long as possible.

       

      A side note to Kacper: Hi, my friend. Can you please respond. I cannot contact you in any way. Please. I'd appreciate a response rather than being denied with no explanation, thank you.

      Hi, i'm coming to you after a few months of maturing and reflecting seriously what i did wrong. i realise now that no matter what abuse is abuse and it is not tolerated on valrise. i thought maybe it was ok as it only affected me...but i now vow to never break rules again. i'm deeply sorry to those i've offended, hurt, cheated and lied to in the past. most of all im sorry to you. you, the player of valrise, it was you affected each time i broke a rule...and if you give me one last chance it wont go on. i want to leave a legacy on valrise before samp dies out, i want spagerolli to live on. please, will you unban me?

      Hi, I am once again asking for your financial support. May I please be unbanned? I understand that I broke the rules however it didn't affect anyone. I have never done anything to hurt this server, only ever promoted it in videos. The truth of the situation has came out for better or for worse, an admin spectating me all day, of course he will find something eventually, do it to anyone and you can nit-pick something you don't like and get him gone. I know it's nothing new, but I've served my time for this minor rule break (in my opinion) and would appreciate being unbanned, thank you.

    Mikro please I'm begging to get unbanned I feel quarantined from the community with little to no updates being received on my end as I can no longer access the discord. I feel as though I have been exiled and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to be accepted again.  I'm sorry for changing my name to foot in Persian I knew it was wrong and I shouldn't have done it. I deserved punished. I hope you can forgive me or offer some terms for the end of my isolation, thank you.

    As for my action, I can barely remember it was so long ago, my friend got banned in game permanently for saying athena sells feet pics. Everyone was poking fun at the admins not poking fun at athena. I still believe it was a very odd ban reason with selective punishments for different players and different staff. Anyhow we were discussing how odd it was in discord and I changed my name to foot in persian to see what would happen. I am sorry for changing my name to foot in persian.

      Okay sir you took almost 3 weeks to respond to my appeal, I forgot what even happened now, since you seem to know exactly what I done wrong, I'd appreciate if you could reiterate because as far as I can tell everything you said doesn't even apply to me. I was trying to defend my friend who got banned which is why I mentioned it in my last appeal and you just brushed off everything I said and defaulted to what looks to be an automated reply. If this isn't the place for complaints, then what is? General clearly isn't either you locked the post there with complaints, so what, complaints aren't allowed? "Stop trying to hide behind your ridiculous claims about how we don't want our "authority questioned" etc." Ah yes of course, you take complaints with pride and try to better yourself. 

       

      If you want to have an open discussion and are willing to make this community better, stop shutting everyone down that has criticisms. Whether it be my appeal or the document made by jacket, at least think about how this looks from the outside, right? We see forward lots of evidence, in my opinion very strong evidence of you and your staff doing a very bad job and yet every time you lock the topic, brush it off with a blanket statement and that's the end. If you really don't want to spend the time on this community then I don't know why you bother paying for it, the other owner has already left. LocMax is the only one who actively plays as far as I can tell, and you just blindly reply to stuff you weren't even involved in, I don't know how you are supposed to give a reasonable answer when half of the time you have no idea what happened and are just getting fed second hand information from whoever dealt the punishment. 

       

      Every time stuff is brought forward to you, you fail to address the point of it and stop all discussion of it and pass it off as quickly as possible. You need to have an open discussion with people and explain your side if you want people to change their opinions, of course like you said there are 2 sides to every story but we don't and will likely never know your side as you never explain yourself or try to counter the points other than "the Alien role, that is just completely irrelevant." to a 28 page document. What is left for us to think? That you are holding some key evidence that proves yourself right but of course won't share it with us? Of course not it looks like you are wrong in every instance and don't have anything to say for yourself other than pass it off because why bother putting the time or effort into a decent reply. 

       

      And what, you instantly write off my 600+ word appeal as a joke because the first 4 words don't look serious to you? Put some pride into this server and at least give players the chance to have an open discussion. I understand that your ideal player base are a bunch of grinders that don't cause any problems but you need to remember who actually makes videos, makes groups, does actual interesting things, can you imagine how boring it would be with 50 bots playing? You wouldn't even need to look at the community, yet again from our eyes that would be your ideal server. 

       

      Okay, that's all you can run this appeal through your script and let me know what automated response it creates, thank you.

    Next time you ban someone as an example, maybe pick someone that is a repeat offender rather than a player which hasn't logged in for 6 months then gets instantly permanently banned, another option could be asking the victim if they actually want the person banned. Also sexual harassment and harassment is, or at least should be magnitudes of difference in terms of punishment. The ban reason is just ridiculous. The amount of outrageous things sent in the Valrise discord goes unpunished yet a message that is obviously not serious instantly gets permanent ban just highlights the uneven enforcement of rules throughout the server.
