We've finally announced the release date of the Valrise Launcher, however, we understand that some players may be skeptical about the functionality and its exact mechanics, and whether or not it'll leak their personal information. That's why we've created this topic, and hopefully it'll answer any concerns you may have.

    • What exactly does the Valrise Launcher do?
The Valrise Launcher primarily serves as an anti-cheat tool, designed to detect any kind of cheating activities. While we can't discuss in details how the anti-cheat mechanism functions for security reasons, you can rest assured that none of your personal information is at risk. The launcher operates by providing us with essential data solely related to identifying any instances of cheating, and no additional personal or sensitive data is ever sent to us.

    • Does Valrise Launcher scan any files outside the GTA SA directory?
The Valrise Launcher will analyze running processes, but will solely focus on scanning files within the GTA SA directory and will not extend its scanning capabilities to any external directories or files outside of the game's designated folder.

    • Does the Valrise Launcher take any screenshots outside of the GTA SA game?
NO. We have gone to great lengths to ensure that the Valrise Launcher does not capture screenshots of anything outside of your game window, and that any kind of screenshots that we receive are exclusively limited to your in-game activities.

    • Does the Valrise Launcher block any mods?
The Valrise Launcher is compatible only with SAMP R5. That said, any mods that are not compatible with R5 are naturally not possible to use with the Launcher.

    • What happens if you consent to anti-cheat?
Consenting to the anti-cheat will enable certain anti-cheat measures. However, unless you are forced on VAC, these measures may not be as exhaustive. Even if you are forced on VAC, the anti-cheat will not attempt to gather any personal data

    • What happens if you don't consent to anti-cheat?
If you do not consent to the anti-cheat, no anti-cheat measures will be enabled during your game session, and no data at all will be collected or sent to us, and the Valrise Launcher will solely act as a launcher.

    • Who can access the data collected by the Valrise Launcher?
As of the date of this topic, access to the data collected by the Valrise Launcher is restricted to Managers+ and authorized members of the administration, who are granted permission by the Managers+. It is worth noting that no matter the circumstances, access to the screenshots collected by the Valrise Launcher will remain restricted to Managers+ at all times.

    • Am I forced to use the Valrise Launcher?
The usage of the Valrise Launcher is entirely optional, unless it has been specifically mandated by management. Such requirements may be applicable if you have a history of hacking or previous bans. However, we highly encourage you to utilize the Valrise Launcher, as it serves as a valuable tool in clearing your name and proving your innocence in case you're suspected of using cheats.

    • I've seen leaked photos which shown that the Launcher took screenshots of the desktop. How do you explain that?
Those photos were taken during the development and testing stage of the launcher one year prior to the release, precisely in February of 2022. That said, its only natural that we ran into such issues during the development and took our time to fix it. This also explains why the launcher wasn't meant to be publicly released at that time. Not to worry, this issue has been fixed. After testing for more than 200 sessions, there wasn't a single instance where the launcher took a screenshot outside anyone's game.

Those who use Launcher, will be released from CaC?

  3. Today Wednesday on May 10th, Officer Smith Wellington resigned from SAPD for personal break. Here’s an letter he wrote towards the SAPD command:

Hello respected command staff of SAPD. Today I want to inform you about my request regarding my resignation. I’d like to thank you for every opportunity you provided me with during my service within the department. However this isn’t the last time we’ll see each other, Who knows maybe one day I’ll come back and serve the state again. Until then I’ll leave this note here and wish everyone of you safe shift. Smith Wellington, End of watch.

  4. Hello, I'll just dive in to the subject! As the topic says, driving standards became extremely low. Like you can not drive without getting T boned, Rammed by another player for even smallest distance. And it's out of hands now. However to fix this issue I think there should be an server sided rule and rule breakers should be punished accordingly. Okay I get if someone gets in a accident, but you can not see car flying from random bumpers at Market Strip in any roleplay server no matter how light RP it is. My request is a proper rule for un realistic/ Non RP driving in the server. Thanks.

Okay, so remove what I like and instead of changing to what I should like.

I go to a competing server that gives me what i like :D

Overall, no one complained about turfs or most of the things you listed there.

No one wants that change, and most of those things don't affect cops / citizens, so why the fuck are you even trynna change it? 🤓

Then you should definitely go to another server.

If you consider Valrise a heavy roleplay server or want Valrise to be like heavy normal servers you need to retake your IQ test.

No I’m just making improving suggestion on a character system, since they wanna make characters a thing, it should be done right

I won't lie, i've been here long enough to see. The current batch of players is probably the worst i've seen in years. No shade though, not perfect myself either. Atleast from 2018 till about 2020, there was an acceptable level of roleplay. But from what i've seen for the last year and a half, makes HZRP look like better roleplay server than what Mudoo is.

Goes without saying, much i get what you're trying to achieve by asking for suggestions. It really won't get anywhere, the prospects of success with this topic are next to nothing. We are fundamentally different people. pranil_singh from India playing from his Uncle's Internet cafe, has different priorities and reasons for playing the server. Versus Benjamin_Porter from the Netherlands, playing on his own setup probably plays this server as a side gig. wheras he could be playing FiveM. lest we forget back_tattaglia from Turkey and Indonesia, who just wants DM content for his next Dm vid. "Mopping Opps [GTA in Desc]" Point is, you can listen to people's suggestions and implement what you can. Fact of the matter is, we are all fundamentally different. Maturity levels arent the same either, thats something you'll need to get used to when engaging players here.

Other than the ass quality of players here, i would simply review the roleplay interaction rules. They're still open to grey areas, hence people exploit them. It doesn't help either (not that it's your fault) the quality of staff isn't the best. You work what what you're given anyway. Nevertheless. you're attempting by opening this topic.

At 2019 I remember seeing Mudoo roleplay’s videos on YouTube where andolini and Corleone making roleplay videos. Now days when you type in Valrise RPG first thing comes in is some wozi/ E3 w.e posting random montage as you said (gta in desc). Sadly no one promotes roleplay… by no one, I truly mean it. And Matthew stated that it was groups and their leaders, if that’s the case then why not making group apps more challenging so people with enough skill and mature mindset lead the group?

More roleplay, my view here is to move ammunation guns into warehouses fully so criminals don't buy firearms at ammunations and ammunations will solely serve those who legally acquire the carry permit in more complex way. This will also encourage proper weapon dealing roleplay, groups will organize weapon dealing teams to distribute amongst each other. If we want to practically change anything, we need to face main issue of the "tdm" atmosphere in the server, it is solely because you can buy whole arsenal of weapons LEGALLY at basically any given time and use it however you want, instead of this groups can have a whole self-made system of purchasing weapons from each other/players, plain example would be the following, criminal group A assigns few members solely to weapon distribution, they take small portion of arms (UZI, shotgun, deagle - which would be craftable at warehouses at this point) and sell it NEAR the ammunations (behind, in the alley-way or sewers), they stay in-touch with the customers and enlarge the relations of one another.

Acquiring firearm carry permit legally would require proper prior checkup and medical record, they shall be acquired from law enforcement agencies, whereas you submit an application form on forum.

This will also increase practical duties for the law enforcement, give more wo rk/roleplay capabilities to the criminals and reduce direct interactions between the law enforcement and criminals. It would also make assault interactions that don't involve a firearm more common (mugging etc.).

But indeed to do this we'd need players who are willing to roleplay, I am expressing what I think would be better for the gameplay of person who is not here solely to deathmatch, but to enjoy the roleplay as well.

Now this is first step towards proper roleplay server. I’m fully supporting this

    Every old mudoo stuff,

    player icons

    old turfs

old mappings, removal of mass new mapping

    remove idlewood pd station

removal of rental and spawn multiple rare/4seater vehicles around san andreas

removal of marksman let everyone enjoy snipers in turf like we used to do in mudoo ;)

    Mudoo = Awesome days

  11. Today’s Valrise missing the roleplay… Back in the day when it was Mudoo ( old members would remember 2018-2019) even though we had shootouts but server was rp based and strict on the rules of roleplay… now days I feel like staff just let go of it, which caused standards to drop… please make Valrise great again

    Stop being lazy

It’s not about being lazy, it’s how proper character system works mate. If you never been to heavy roleplay server, there’s no point of you making and statement about this sueggestion.

  13. Hello there, so I wanted to make a suggestion about character system, which would be adding menu to intro of the server where those who have permission to have secondary characters, choose if they want to log in directly as their main character or secondary character.
