Imo
The cost should be very high for that and perhaps something like less gunparts on X weapon would also be nice, as then the criminal groups can choose on what they want to focus, drugs (weed, heroin or meth) or on the weapon business or even on turfs.
Altho the problem I see is that there will be a meta on what groups upgrade and what not and already powerfull groups become even more power
But as there is currently kinda "nothing" anymore to spend points on I give a +1 as it can work, if its good implemented

I managed to plow the field and plant some potatoes, but none of them growed and /farm status showed 0/100.

If you already watched the whole /tutorial but want to do it a 2nd time you end up being stuck at the City Hall screen and need to relog.

What is the bug:
When u get knocked and u spam leftclick (punching) it does not set u in the knocked animation and you are able to punch other people.
Also if u somehow for a second get out of the knocked animation and get your Character to stand up you can spam punch.

1. Get knocked, spam left click -> Result
2. Be knocked, get punched once (standing up for a sec), spam left click -> Result.

You can harvest coca plants from a Vehicle (driver & passenger)

There is no way to set a player owned house unowned currently.

I've tried the command in the picture below and 0 is supposed to be unowned but it took player id 0.

So basically if you go on /aduty and spectate someone and then /specoff you are damageable again.

Fishing should also work, from the Beach ( Vespucci Beach is the name i guess) as it's a famous and common place in many other GTA 5 servers where people meet and fish together and have a chat.

Provide a message once a user without a driving license enters a vehicle, such as "You do not own a driving license, be careful of the police." simply because newbies don't even know that a driving license exists and it makes it more comfortable for players to inform them, incase they got their driving license withdrawn etc.

Add a use button once you've clicked items, GTA 5 can do more shit than SAMP nobody likes to write commands when you simply can press 1 key and use your mouse.

You can turn off the engine while driving slow but if you keep driving it automaticaly goes on again.

Add a cooldown on entering/exiting properties as currently it can be abused by spamming it.
