It seems that you're having mental issues to blame the SAFMD command for such thing, also the cops do not handle that, it's a crime, they failed to report it to the FMD Command to take group-related punishment, also they failed to report to the Police Department which is considered criminal accomplices and aiding. I, as an Executive Staff member didn't receive any complaint regarding the individual. -

LOL, no. However, I'm a cop, yet, I suggest this to be removed, if cops can be smart, they can use this as an advantage. I've caught 5 heroin cookers when the blips were off. Simply, you just take a small car and stay there, you'll see a guy passing by, wait for him to settle down the heroin and rush in, he'll be busy with it, tase him and you're good to go.

lol, these guys are hilarious. We can suggest a fucking /drag and /detain system and you won't be able to powergame or do shit. Just following the individual. You should be thankful that you have the ability to run BUT you should do it with valid roleplay, not just running away without any realistic actions. Comply or roleplay running.

EMS can actually do that. But, it ain't realistic, but it's enough for a light roleplay server.
You have 120 seconds that the Police Department or any robber can come and rob you/seize you/attempt to revive you in. If they pass and you don't want to be revived, just simply /accept death. Even if he's still /revive'ing or /rob'ing, or /seize'ing, doesn't matter, you have 120 that you gave him to be quick in robbing and others. Administrators are not able to punish for /accept'ing death in middle of reviving or robbing.

In some other servers, you're able to press H or Caps Lock in-order to drive-by, then you can press the same button, and you'll stop db'ing. Then, you can press H or Caps Lock to drive-by without exitting the vehicle.
So, it's possible. But this won't work for laggers with 20+ Packetloss.
