staying in a house is supposed to be safe. For example: If someone is su'ed and hides in HQ. /area will be used and whole PD would camp outside and wait for him to get out and then start a one sided "shootout".

Removing the command will increase PD patrolling and communication between them. Not only PD, between criminal groups too.

Remove freaking /area already. Excuse my language but what is this chickenshit? I know it has been suggested multiple times already and it got a lot of support but why isn't it removed already? Cuz cops are against it? This is just ridiculous how everyone spams area on every single person and one who is in Whetstone or Tierra Robada is ultimately f'd up.
If you can't remove it, okay, prevent it from being more specific about player's location. Just let it be Los Santos, San Fierro, Las Venturas and Flint County. Let the other areas such as Whetstone, Tierra Robada and Bone County be "Unspecified". If someone is in one of the mentioned areas, it'd show "Targets location is unspecified".
If any criminal group or cops find out that some players are in TR or Whetstone, they'd gear up and attack the players planting already. What's the fun in that? It'd be more fun if they wouldn't be able to locate the criminals and search for them in different locations. Atleast give some leniency to criminals
Today, we had a huge field in TR so due to boredom, some random guys used /area on us and if one is in TR, it's so obvious that he's planting weed. First they engaged themselves and after failure, they called cops on us, a cop called for backup on discord and the whole server was full of cops immediately and guess what happened? We lost the field and it was a massive one. I'm not pissed because we lost the field, it's just the system which is ridiculous.
And the people who would say "tHis iS LiGhT Rp sErVer" are the actual ones who spam /area on every single player in the server.

I don't even play anymore but still here it goes.
Removing /area would cause a major change to the server as it's one of the most frequently used and effective commands but it has drawbacks.
Removing it overall would cause problems as the server doesn't have a solid playerbase as of now so searching someone who's hiding in the middle of nowhere would be difficult and annoying. I'd suggest to add a time limit to use it, it maybe be more than 200 seconds which would prevent DMers like me ofcourse to spam it all the time on everyone to "roleplay kidnapping" while someone is weeding or producing heroin. As phone trackers aren't that much effective so removing it isn't a good option.

As you provided two proofs on discord so i'd like to explain them out for you.
First one:
Me and jack planted and watered to field together, we decided to craft weapons. He couldn't join GAM's WT so we were communication via PMs pretty much. At that moment, he was unloading stuff from truck infront of me but i was enough distant that /s or /l wouldn't reach him so i messaged him to hop on the vehicle i was in. You may consult him for this.
Second:
Alright so this guy probably saw us planted weed at Whetstone so he messaged me as he saw cops there. I DID NOT ask him before to keep me informed about the weed field. Me and crow were at warehouse at that moment, it was almost our last truck to unload then we were about to head towards the field. Anyway, that's NOT "backup", he just informed me about it which i know is not allowed either. It'd be backup if he would be calling for help while staying at that area, he didn't call for it as it wasn't even his field and secondly, he had no connection with me or Jack. I'd love to ask you a question, if you had planted like 500 seeds and someone would inform you via PM that there are some people at your field, you would ignore that text? No, no one would. With that curiosity, i reached there and didn't see anyone at the field at that moment. I'd say it again, there wasn't any action going on at the field so we started to harvest. After like 5 minutes of our presence, some cops came including you so we opened fire. That Peter guy wasn't even there, i didn't even see him nearby. During that shootout, i got banned for "PM Backup".
Enlighten me, how is that "PM Backup"? I know that using PM to sort out in-game stuff isn't allowed but when we reached at the field, there wasn't anyone so that means either he was wrong or you left. It'd be okay if you were present there and ripping out the weed but there wasn't anyone so i don't get why'd you consider that as a "Backup" situation.
And please, review this as soon as you can, would be waiting for your reply.

1- If player gets injured, their mask should be taken of f automatically.
2- Add a script limit which would prevent someone from robbing the same item twice.
3- If someone puts a mask on, it shows "PlayerA puts a mask on their head". I guess "PlayerA puts a mask on their face" is more appropriate.
4- Following Shortcuts should be implemented:
Armour Case = AC (Would be used as "/use ac", "store 0 ac" etc)
Same can be implemented on sniper, m4 and ak47 cases wrt SC(Sniper case), M4C/MC(M4 Case), AKC
5- There should be a timer for using /area command which can be around 80 to 100 seconds.
6- Digging in order to hide dead bodies. Player would be to able to dig anywhere except hard surfaces such as roads. Player would need to bag the body first and a shovel in order to dig. (Not sure if it's possible)
7- If Player gets called from an unsaved number, it wouldn't show name of the caller. The person who'd be calling can be represented as "Caller" or their phone number. Example "Caller: Yo its staz" / "Caller(Phone number): Hey".
8- If a person is wearing mask and he gives or takes an item from someone, their name is displayed which totally disrupts the purpose of mask. It should be like "Mask1111 gives item to Player" instead of name of the person who's wearing mask. Not sure if the name appears if masked person robs someone, if it does then it'd be applicable on that too.
9- If a person uses a case, a dialogue should appear stating the description of it. Such as "Player used a/an AK47/M4/SNIPER/ARMOUR(....) case." (Heard from someone that it appears but not for me, not sure if it's already implemented)
10- An animation should be added for /frisk command and some time should pass before the item box appears. A dialogue should also appear stating "PlayerA begins to search/frisks PlayerB.
11- Robbing car keys should be a thing. If PlayerA passes out, PlayerB would be able to rob vehicle keys from PlayerA's body. Keys may appear in frisk box.

If you'd have the logs, i even mentioned there if i would get banned, the other person said no so i thought it was okay to share in WT chat as there were just us. I didn't share it in /p and i didn't mean to advertise that server at all. I don't have any connection with that server, that's an A/D server for clan wars and practice so i thought it'd be okay.
I do consider that as a rule-break which i'm guilty of, won't happen again in future.
P.S: I just invited one guy not "players".

As of now,we can't rob the person who is tied by rope and that seems quite unrealistic.Players should be able to rob others when they're tied.
Shortcut for /reply:
A shortcut (/rpm) should be added for reply.
Misscalls:
When our phone is off and someone tries to call us,the number should be saved as log and a notification would pop up whenever the player turns on his phone.The message would be like this : "You missed a call from XXXX"
/use command:
There should be an option for use command where we can choose the quantity of choose command.It's so annoying when one is using a drink.It spams all over the chat "PlayerX drank a soda" and it's also annoying to spam the command yourself.So it should be like "/use fanta 10" or "/use m4 case 2".If the quantity wouldn't be mentioned.It will automatically use just one. -

This guy is just shitting the hell out of me.I don't know what the hell is wrong with him.I don't need your comments here kacper.I require a manager as it is his second time.
He banned me for "Failure to roleplay" again but i did nothing wrong.
I'll state the scenario and provide the chatlog.So i was making heroin at TR,there wasn't any activity so i went afk for 2-3 minutes. When i came back,a cop guy "Macon" was standing next to me and i was suspected of making heroin by him as i was in the shack.He was calling for backup on the radio.As i was suspected,i had asked an admin being a cop about this.My question was "Can any suspected guy shoot me?" The admin was like "Yeah,you can't shoot him but you gotta wait for him to shoot so you might interact back". So being a suspected criminal,i've the right to shoot as the cop was standing next to me calling for backup on radio. I typed "Staz takes out gun from his holster and starts shooting". We had a proper gunfight and atlast he died.I was also low.So i decided to run from the shack.Just after some moments,dear kacper teleported to me and after a bit chit chat,he banned me for the reason "Failure to Roleplay". According to him i gotta interact with the cop. In what means?Are you being serious? I wonder how you're an admin.
I'll submit a report against him to manager anytime soon.Some time ago,i asked him a question and he was like "IDK" while im sure he knew the answer.He's always just finding a reason to punish me.I dont know why.

Being level 20 requires almost 300 hours i assume.Are you being serious? You gotta play 300 hours to sell drugs? Level-15 is acceptable.
P.S: I pretty much assume that you're having a cop character ig.

What kind of rule is it? There are many players out there who arent in groups and they don't wanna join em,some are in groups but not lvl 20+. That doesnt mean they can't sell drugs to dealer.There are many solo drug dealers out there. There's quite high risk of scam in selling drugs to other players.
My suggestion is to revert back the rule so anyone can sell drugs to dealer like before.

Add a command which lets us mention our current location in walkie-talkie (/wtl=walkie-talkie location).
Example : John is at market,los santos.
John uses /wtl.

I myself got robbed quite a while lately so all i want to do is to rob others,not to kill them.According to the rules,after rp interaction one can act upon the situation.

I hope you remember that moment when we were in voice chat and i had no vehicle near police station,i was suspected and cops came towards me so i shot them back as i couldn't escape.Same goes for other situations,you can't escape so u have to fight back. In other words you're saying that i should keep running while cops keep shooting me from behind,right?
I don't really helped any guy escape any police chase ever as far as remember or if i would do so,he wouldn't be random and neither remember when i asked a cop to stop and shot him(rly?)

I consider myself as an ambitious and quiet person who likes to pretty much work on his own but would agree to cooperate when required but I fall between the term introvert and extrovert which i think is pretty satisfying for me at least. I think i'm more of a calm person but sometimes i do have ego issues which i'll be working on. That's pretty much all you have to know about me for this vacancy.
Being an old and quite experienced player of COD based servers, I am well aware of the instincts and basics of them. I would like to evaluate my experience for the well being of the upcoming server and i think i'll be of great help. I'd love to see the server well developed and crowded by players as before so my basic motivation is to help out higher ranked staff members in making the server more joyful and entertaining. I've served as a staff member before so it would be easy for me to adjust i assume.
Well it depends upon the favor, if it would provide him advantage over other players then it would be a no-no but sorting out their issues may be a priority.

I would behave according to community guidelines. If the rule-break is major such as using hacks, then I'd inform high ranked staff to handle him and if they're not present, then i would consider kicking. If the rule-break is minor, first of all verbal warnings but if that wouldn't be of any good, then i'd demonstrate and acknowledge him about the rule practically and i'll make sure that he understands. If after several warnings, he would still be rule-breaking, i'll report him to high ranked staff or forums for further conclusions.
