    SA-PSC § I.19. Prohibition of Discriminatory Acts [M]
    It shall be unlawful for any person, organization, or entity to engage in any act of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, color, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Discrimination includes but is not limited to verbal, written, or online harassment, hate speech, unequal treatment, segregation, and exclusion based on protected characteristics.
    The punishment for offenders found guilty of engaging in discriminatory acts shall be fined with $10.000 or imprisonment for 15 months, depending on the severity of the offense.

    SA-PSC § II.27. Gender, Marriage, and Dress Restrictions [F]

    Gender Identity:
    a. In accordance with federal regulations, individuals are prohibited from changing their legally recognized gender identity on official documents.
    b. Any attempt to falsify gender information on legal documentation is subject to legal repercusions, 3 months to 2 years in prison.
    Marriage Policy:
    a. Marriage is legally recognized only between individuals of opposite biological sexes within the United States.
    b. Same-sex marriage is not legally recognized, and any attempt to solemnize such a union will not be recognized by state authorities.
    c. Officiating or participating in same-sex unions may result in legal repercussions, 3 months to 2 years in prison.
    Dress Code Restrictions:
    a. It is unlawful for individuals to wear clothing traditionally associated with the opposite gender.
    b. Men are prohibited from wearing clothing typically designated for women, and vice versa.
    c. Any individual found in violation of this provision may face legal consequences, 3 months to 2 years in prison.
    Legal Enforcement:
    a. Federal and state law enforcement agencies are tasked with upholding and enforcing these regulations.
    b. Violations of these laws may result in legal consequences, 3 months to 2 years in prison.

    Flint County Counter-Terrorism Decree
    Cited on 2024



    The Flint County Counter-Terrorism Decree represents the final step to end the on-going rebellion against the state of San Andreas. In August 19th, 2021, the last airspace ban was activated to suppress a rebellion in the area of Flint County, in 2024, a new decree will be activated for the same purpose, and after today's actions in the city of Los Santos, and the constant attacks in the borders between Los Santos & Flint County. The U.S Army National Guard, the one and only legal military organisation has been authorised to deploy in full force in order to suppress the Whetstone Woodland Insurgency criminal actions within the area of Flint County and its borders.
    The terrorist organisation that has been formed illegally in the lands of the United States, using violence as source of dominance will be facing consequences, the Government of San Andreas hereby requesting, any citizens living in the area of Flint County, to evacuate immediately towards Los Santos or any location outside the borders of Flint County, any person found in the area will be target of crossfire, the Government has established a shelter, the location designated for it will be "All Saints General Hospital front yard, Market, Los Santos.

     

    - This Decree is enforceable in the designated area inside with the brown line bordering the area, as shown in the map below.


    - CTP stands for Counter-Terrorism Protocol.

    - The map bordering the Flint County "danger-zone" area.

    Flint County Counter-Terrorism Decree;

     

    CTP §1. This Decree may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Decree and enforceable in the designated area as provided in map.

     

    CTP §2. Glorification of violent acts by words of mouth, writing, threat or force that could inspire others to take part in it is prohibited and shall be punished by imprisonment.

    1. Any person shall not explicitly or publicly advocate the anarchist ideology of Whetstone Woodland Insurgency.
    2. No person shall create or disseminate misinformation with the intend to undermine social order in Flint County. 
    3.  Any three or more persons who shall assemble together to make any attempt or motion towards an unlawful act shall be deemed unlawful assembly.

    4. Failure to disassociate from the Whetstone Woodland Insurgency constitutes the same unlawful act.


    CTP §3. Holding any kind of weaponry concealed or in hand, in the danger-zone, is prohibited.

    1. Holding any weapon in hand is considered a hostile act.
    2. CTP §3.1. Opens for public authority & military to shoot on sight any person in the danger-zone carrying weapons concealed or in hand.

     

    CTP §4. Any person shall not knowingly conceal or share in the proceeds of the illegal activities of Whetstone Woodland Insurgency.

    1. A person shall not provide benefit to the activities of Whetstone Woodland Insurgency from outside or inside.

     

    CTP §5. The airspace above Flint County is restricted in all times after the activation of this Decree.

    CTP §6. Military, State & Federal law enforcement officials are to enforce the sovereignty of the borders surrounding Flint County. Military may conduct airspace enforcement with fighter jets and attack helicopters. Aircrafts within Flint County airspace will be shot down at all times after the activation of this Decree.

    CTP §7. Checkpoints formed at the tolls bordering Flint County by Whetstone Woodland Insurgency and/or any other unlawfully formed groups are subject to CTP §8 & possibly CTP §10 if the criteria stated in the protocol is met, in order to secure safe and free passage for the citizens evacuating area. Going in the area is prohibited and anyone in the area is a possible threat to be shot on sight.

    CTP §8. Military may deploy in full force in order to suppress any signs of rebellion within the territory of Flint County. 

    CTP §9. State and Federal law enforcement officials are granted permission to utilize special weapons against the rebellion forces. Military are granted to use all kind of special weapons in situations where explosive ordinance weaponry is used by the terrorists, if the terrorists use RPGs, IEDs, Grenades, and generally, explosive ordinance weapons.

    CTP §10. US Army National Guard shall deploy greater force weapons against W.W.I, including: RPGs, IEDs, fighter jets, attack helicopters, tanks, and other.

    I. Introduction

    State Business Support Fund is a program designed by the Department of Treasury and State Government. State Business Support Fund, or abbreviated (SBSF) is a way through which the Government provides business organisations with funds to support employment and establishes official State businesses in the country to provide types of services and products throughout the country.

    SBSF program is being regulated by State and Federal law. Upon acceptance to the SBSF program businesses are granted exclusive rights to provide their services within the State and are granted the official title of "State Business".

     

    II. Who are we looking for?

    Currently, the State Government is looking for all kind of businesses, included:

    • Trucking / Logistics companies (exclusive rights to deliver crates/oil to businesses)
    • Design firms (furniture companies - exclusive rights to furnish yards)
    • Vehicle dealerships (exclusive rights to trade vehicles and act as the official dealership for the server)
    • Public transport services (companies that offer a comfortable ride to the citizens & tourists for fair fare)
    • Agriculture companies (Farming groups that provide citizens more job opportunities)
    • Vehicle rentals (exclusive rights to rent out vehicles for special occasions or leisure)
    • News agencies (responsible for gathering, reporting, and distributing news and information to the public)
    • Advertising companies (exclusive rights for advertising and marketing services)

     

    This however does not mean other business types may not apply. This is just a list of businesses examples . We are always happy to accommodate new innovative business ideas and offer funds to back up the necessary costs. Starting from pubs and bars to restaurants!


    NOTE: If you are running a corporation and one of your fields is mentioned above, you may apply in the name of the entire Corporation, but you are required to enter the field you are going to apply for in the application under "company type".

     

    III. Where and how to apply?

    The applications can be submitted at any time, as long as the SBSF is working. They will be reviewed in a couple of days and a decision is taken after that. Applications shall be forwarded to us through an E-mail ((forums pm)) with the following questions answered:

    IV. Additional information

    • State Business Support Funds is intended for those businesses that have a very low economic asset and do not have large earnings;
    • The State will only select businesses which are reliable, consistent and dedicated over those who lack such attributes;
    • State Business Support Fund is being regulated by the ARTICLE IX. STATE BUSINESS REGULATIONS;
    • The support fund may be revoked from a business by the State;
    • Failure to maintain an active business and fulfill the needs set for the company will result in the removal of said company and replaced;
    • The support funds must be used in compliance and for the purposes stated in the State and Federal law;
    • Misuse of these funds will result in a State investigation and federal investigation by the FBI;
    • If a business receives these support funds, it must generate monthly reports to the State detailing the following:
      • Total number of tasks executed in the month (ie. trucking deliveries made, vehicles exchanged, customers served, number of yards furnished etc...)
      • Monthly activity (time spent on executing the tasks as a whole)
      • How were the funds from previous month used and distributed
      • How are the upcoming funds going to be used and distributed

    ARTICLE X. STATE LICENSED SECURITY COMPANIES


    SA-PSC § X.1. Security Companies
    A security company must be licensed to operate by the state in order for their activities to be considered legal. The license is obtainable from the Department of Licensing.

     

    SA-PSC § X.2. Use of force
    A licensed security company may use force that is proportionate to the threat, only when actively protecting property or individuals who have employed the licensed security company for such a task. When faced with a non-lethal force, such as an attack by use of melee weapons or fists, the proportionate response would be returning with a melee weapon or fists.

     

    Once force has been used against an individual, a law enforcement agency must be called on scene to investigate further. Should it be determined that a security official used disproportionate amount of force, the security official must be terminated from the security company, in addition to other lawful proceedings law enforcement agencies may execute.

     

    SA-PSC § X.3. Lethal and non lethal weapons

    Non lethal weapons are, but not limited to: a baseball bat, a cane, a nightstick, brass knuckles, pepper spray and others that do not shoot projectiles.

    Lethal weapons are, but not limited to: knife, colt45, desert eagle, UZI and others that shoot projectiles.

     

    SA-PSC § X.4. Concealment of identity

    Licensed security companies, when actively protecting property or individuals who have employed the licensed security company for such a task, may not conceal their identity by use of mask or other items. They must be easily identifiable and must present ID when requested by law enforcement.

     

    SA-PSC § X.5. Vehicles

    Licensed security companies may not utilize any emergency lights or sirens. They may not violate traffic laws nor prohibit passage to vehicles. In case they are hired to provide security to an individual who has to be escorted in a convoy, they must request a San Andreas Highway Patrol unit, or a San Andreas Police Department unit to provide escort to such a convoy, where blockage of passage to other vehicles and priority are required.

     

    SA-PSC § X.6. Use of restricted items

    A licensed security company may utilize M4 assault rifle and a sniper rifle and is exempt from the prohibition of said weapons only when actively protecting properties or individuals. Other restrictions, on weapons or items that are not specially exempt here, still apply.

    Cycling for health with Governor!

     

    The Government Office would like to invite you to upcoming event which will be held in Angel Pine, today on 18th of November at 17:30 CET. We will head out for a cycling trip up the Mount Chilliad, the highest mountain of San Andreas. Join us and excercise a bit!

    We will offer a bus transport for citizens from Los Santos Cityhall towards Angel Pine, which will be free of charge. At the bottom of the hill, the Government office has rented out bicycles for participants. Our route will end at the top of the Mount Chilliad where a campfire alongside a resting point will be set up. We will host a small conversation with you, citizens there aswell. Afterwards we will use the same route to head back to the bottom and then a bus transport will be offered to Los Santos.

    The Commissioner of the San Andreas Highway Patrol is granted the power to:

    • Assume any able-bodied and of sound mind individual to assist in the enforcement of the state law, as well judiciary orders of the court;
    • Ensure the Highway Patrol has sufficient manpower to combat crime;
    • Ensure the Highway Patrol has equipment and weapons necessary to overpower criminal forces;
    • Take necessary actions to ensure law and order in the State;

    SA-PSC § II.3.5 San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) Vehicles
    ◦ The San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) fleet shall be colored black and white for all divisions, except for unmarked units. All departmental fleet vehicles may use emergency audible sirens and lights with red, blue, and amber colors. Unmarked unit vehicles are those without any markings that may identify them as law enforcement vehicles, such as wordings and plate numbers (e.g., SA #### HP).

    SA-PSC § VIII.11. Fleet Services Division (FSD)
    The Fleet Services Division in short term F.S.D, is a state government agency that's specialized in maintaining and repairing official government agency's vehicles including, San Andreas Police Department, San Andreas Fire Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, San Andreas Government and US Army National Guard.

    • SA-PSC § VIII.11.1. Authority of FSD
      To hold right of passage on the road when responding to an emergency.
      To be able to violate the speed limits and traffic orientation if needed to perform their duties.
      - To make use of red, blue, yellow light sirens, and audible sirens.
      - To establish roadblocks for emergency operation/service for temporary period all over the state.

      - To supply identity cards to the respective agencies to access their gates.
    • SA-PSC § VIII.11.2. Duty and Obligations
      FSD's main priority is improving, repairing, assisting in towing respective agencies vehicles that are mentioned in SA-PSC § VIII.11. as well as responding to emergency accidents that involve the said vehicles or its maintenance.
    • SA-PSC § VIII.11.3. Provisions and function
      - FSD works under certain policies established within the agency and with the approval of command of the agency, the government in certain cases, FSD may establish additional policies and procedures as necessary to carry out its mission. Any changes to policies and procedures must be approved by the appropriate government officials.
      - FSD vehicles identified with the sign "Fleet Services Division" or "FSD" on the vehicle's body, plated SA #### FSD. FSD stands for Fleet Services Division.

    SA-PSC § II.25. Illegal street racing [M]

    A person who, without having a proper license/authority to host a street racing activity, or participates in said activity is submitted to an arrest and vehicle impounded. All events that take place on public grounds must be registered through law enforcement and all such permits can be granted by a SAPD command member+ or a SASD command member+ depending on which department has the jurisdiction the event will take place at after presenting certain documents including a safety plan.

    ARTICLE VII. TRAFFIC LAW

     

     

    Added;
    SA-PSC § VII.22. Unsafe Turning [IF]

    It is prohibited to make an unsafe turning(illegal u-turn) in a manner that endangers other drivers or pedestrians, or that violates traffic signs. This includes making a turn where there is a solid yellow line in the center of the road indicating no passing or making a U-turn at an intersection or other location where a U-turn is specifically prohibited by traffic signs. Violations of this law is punishable by a fine.

     


    ARTICLE IX. BUSINESS REGULATIONS

     

    Added;

    SA-PSC § IX.7. State-Mandated Fuel Prices for Gas Stations.

    All gas stations operating within the state of San Andreas are required to adhere to the following price ranges for fuel. Violations of these provisions may result in a monetary fine of between $50,000 and $250,000.
     

    At region of Los Santos & Red County & Flint County;
    Minimum; 30$ per liter.
    Maximum; 50$ per liter.


    At the rest of San Andreas region(San Fierro, Las Venturas, Bone County, Tierra Robada, Whestone);
    Minimum; 15$ per liter.
    Maximum; 30$ per liter.

    Gas stations are prohibited from charging customers any price for fuel that falls outside of the minimum and maximum thresholds set by state law. Any violation of these provisions may result in legal action being taken against the gas station in question.
     


    ARTICLE VIII. MISCELLANEOUS LAWS

    SA-PSC § VIII.10. San Andreas Impound & Towing (SAIT)
    The San Andreas Impound & Towing (SAIT) is a government agency established to enforce traffic laws in the great state of San Andreas. SAIT is responsible for the impoundment of vehicles that violate traffic laws, either by law enforcement order or by the agency's operators. SAIT's main duty; to impound vehicles violating SA-PSC § VII.8. Illegal Parking from Article VII, Traffic Laws section.

    • SA-PSC § VIII.10.1. Authority of San Andreas Impound & Towing.
      SAIT has the authority to impound a vehicle for the following violations:
      - Parking in a no-parking zone
      - Blocking a fire lane or emergency exit
      - Parking in a handicap parking spot without a proper permit
      Generally, SAIT enforces "SA-PSC § VII.8. Illegal Parking", or enforces the entire traffic law section under the orders of the Law Enforcement Agency. Individuals who violates these laws will have their vehicle impounded for a period determined by SAIT.
    • SA-PSC § VIII.10.2. Appeals Process.
      Individuals who have their vehicle impounded by SAIT have the right to appeal the decision. The appeal process can be initiated by submitting a request to the agency within 7 days of receiving the impoundment here.
    • SA-PSC § VIII.10.3. Other Provisions.
      - SAIT works under certain policies established within the agency and with the approval of the government, SAIT may establish additional policies and procedures as necessary to carry out its mission. Any changes to policies and procedures must be approved by the appropriate government officials.
      - SAIT vehicles identified with the sign "SAIT" on the vehicle's body. SAIT stands for San Andreas Impound & Towing.
    • SA-PSC § VIII.10.4. Severability.
      If any provision of this law is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

    CRIMES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OR A STATE

    • SA-PSC § II.3.1. Law Enforcement vehicles
      • San Andreas Police Department and San Andreas Sheriff Department are the only recognized law enforcement agencies on the state level and have jurisdiction in each of the three cities, along with the counties. The SAPD's field staff vehicles are to be colored in combination of black and white colors, and the SAPD Idlewood Precinct's fleet to be colored in a combination of light brown and white colors, while the SASD must use a combination of green and white colors. The supervisory and command staff vehicles are to be colored according to command staff and higher ranks preference with the permission of Secretary of Law Enforcement (Unless the position is VACANT, in which case, the permission will come directly from the Governor), with the exception of unmarked vehicles, but inclusive of high speed pursuit vehicles and divisional vehicles. The vehicles used by SAPD's Academy Division are to be colored fully white for training purposes. The writings of the markings on these vehicles is to be white, blue or yellow. The primary color of emergency lights used by both departments is to be blue and red. These vehicles may make use of emergency audible sirens.
         
      • The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the only recognized federal law enforcement agency and has jurisdiction throughout the United States of America. The FBI's vehicles are mostly unmarked and colored in variety of colors. Generally, the primary colors are black and dark-green depending on the division. The writings of the markings on these vehicles is to be yellow or white. The primary color of emergency lights is to be blue and red. These vehicles may make use of emergency audible sirens.

The primary color of emergency lights is to be red, whilst combinations may include white or yellow as secondary. These vehicles may make use of emergency audible sirens.

    SA-PSC § V.1. Possession of an illegal substance [M]
    It is strictly forbidden in the great state of San Andreas, the act of possessing psychoactive substances such as Heroin, Cocaine, Methaphetamine, Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Sativa, Xanax, Oxycodone and Percocet. Exceptions stated in  SA-PSC § V.1.3. Prescribed Illegal Substances for Health Purpose.

    •  SA-PSC § V.1.1. Manufacturing and Introducing Narcotics [F]
      It is strictly forbidden in the great state of San Andreas, the act of manufacturing or introducing psychoactive substances such as Heroin, Cocaine, Methaphetamine, Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Sativa, Xanax, Oxycodone, Percocet. 
    •  SA-PSC § V.1.2. Distributing Narcotics [F]
      It is strictly forbidden in the great state of San Andreas, the act of distributing psychoactive substances such as Heroin, Cocaine, Methaphetamine, Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Sativa, Xanax, Oxycodone, Percocet.
    • SA-PSC § V.1.3. Prescribed Illegal Substances for Health Purpose.
      It is strictly forbidden in the great state of San Andreas, the act of possessing, manufacturing, distributing psychoactive substances such as Heroin, Cocaine, Methaphetamine, Cannabis Indica, Cannabis Sativa, Oxycodone, Xanax and Precocet.
      With the exception of the usage of; Xanax, Percocet in prescribed quantity by the state certified doctor(San Andreas Fire Department Doctors) -for health purposes and not for distribution-, in quantity of;
      - Xanax up to 3 pills unless prescribed for up to 24 pills.
      - Percocet up to 1 pill unless prescribed for up to 6 pills.

    SA-PSC § V.8. Miscellaneous items [F]
    It is strictly prohibited to possess, use, and distribute the items listed below with the exceptions of brass, silver, gold jewelry, and gold bars under the criteria in the list.

    - Marked Money. (seize-able)
    - Phone Tracker. (seize-able)
    - Police Scanners. (seize-able)
    - Hacking Laptop. (seize-able)
    - Brass, silver, gold jewelry. (seize-able only if found robbing
    and/or linked to its robbery)
    - Golden Bars. (seize-able only if found robbing
    and/or linked to its robbery)

     

     


    ARTICLE III. CRIMES AGAINST THE UNITED STATES OR A STATE

     

     

    SA-PSC § II.12. Failure to pay a fine [M]

    The act of failing to pay a fine that has been lawfully forced upon the individual due to a violation of the codes of the state. Fines are to be paid at the City Hall, failure to pay the fines on period of seven(7) days, can be punished by an arrest and impounding of the vehicle for a period of one(1) day, repetitive offenders may receive up to three (3) days vehicle impound.

     

     


    ARTICLE VIII. MISCELLANEOUS LAWS

     

     

    SA-PSC § VII.9. Restricted Areas

    Certain government facilities and buildings are to have restricted access to the public due to the nature of the agency residing in the area and the safety of the public and the employees themselves. As such, the following areas are to be considered of restricted access:

    • Los Santos Police Department including the interior space the yard on the northern side, the garage, and the premises in front of the building on the west side.
    • Las Venturas Police Department including the interior space, the parking on the west side, the garage and the premises on the south side of the building.
    • San Fierro Police Department including the interior space, the parking on the south side, the garage and the premises of the building on each side.
    • Special Weapons and Tactics training facility at north-east Las Venturas including the premises around the exterior fence.
    • Special Weapons and Tactics headquarters at Los Santos, Commerce, including the premises west of garage to the sewer access road and the garage.
    • Federal Bureau of Investigation, Los Santos Headquarters, including the interior space, the garage and the premises of the building on all sides.
    • Federal Bureau of Investigation, Las Venturas Office, including the interior space, the garage and the premises of the building on all sides.
    • Federal Bureau of Investigation, San Fierro Office, including the interior space, the parking space on the west side and the premises of the building on all sides.
    • Area 51 including the premises stretching to the access road on the west side, to the hills on the north and east side and south side.
    • U.S. ARMY National Guard, Easter Basin base, including the interior space, the fenced yard, and the premises of the wharf.
    • U.S. ARMY National Guard, Ocean Docks Base south bounds, including the interior space, the fenced yard, and premises of the area.
    • White House including the premises stretching throughout the whole Verdant Bluffs area.

    Do note that the citizens may access the public areas of the aforementioned buildings such as their reception/lobby areas only. However, the access to these areas as well can be restricted in times of need, the employees of the agency in question reserve the right to temporarily restrict additional area related to their building due to security threats or other reasons which require restricted access.

    BONE COUNTY SAFETY ACT 2023

    SAN ANDREAS GOVERNMENT

     

     

    Enacted by Governor Kira Hernandez on the 15th of February 2023 and enters into force on the 16th of February 2023.

     

     


     

    The Bone County Safety Act represents another step to end the ongoing suppression in Bone County by ruthless organisations such as Lashkar Al-Mujahideen, the U.S Congress recognizes the said group officially a terrorist group and a threat to our national security.
    This Act provides a legal basis for the San Andreas Police Department & San Andreas Sheriff Department and significantly expands the ability to deal with the illegal activities in Bone County as well as for Federal agencies & departments.

     

    This Act is enforceable in the designated grey area, as shown on the map below.

    Bone County Safety Act;

     

    BSA §1. This Act may be cited as the Safety Act.

     

    BSA §2. This Act is enforceable in the designated area as provided in picture to this Act. 

     

    BSA §3.  Any three or or more persons who shall assemble together to make any attempt or motion towards an unlawful act shall be deemed unlawful assembly.

    a) Failure to disassociate from an unlawful assembled group constitutes the same unlawful act.

     

    BSA §4. Glorification of violent acts by words of mouth or writing that could inspire others to take part in it is prohibited and shall be punished by imprisonment.

    a) Any person shall not explicitly or publicly advocate the anarchist ideology of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

    b) No person shall create or disseminate misinformation with the intend to undermine social order in Bone County. 

     

    BSA §5. Holding more than seventy-five rounds of a firearm that can shoot automatically more than seven rounds without reloading is prohibited.

    a) Holding more than twenty-five rounds of a firearm with a magazine that can hold seven rounds or less is prohibited.
    b) BSA §5. opens for law enforcement to conduct body search on suspicious individuals.

     

    BSA §6. Any person shall not knowingly conceal or share in the proceeds of the illegal activities of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

    a) A person shall not provide benefit to the activities of Lashkar Al-Mujahideen.

     

    BSA §7. The airspace above Bone County may be restricted for prolonged periods of times by the State Government, the San Andreas Police Department, Sheriff Department, U.S. Navy and Space Force and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

    BSA §8. State and Federal law enforcement officials and the military are to enforce the sovereignty of the airspace above Bone County by conducting airspace enforcement with fighter jets and attack helicopters. Aircraft within the airspace at the time when it is restricted is to be ordered to land at a nearest airport and all occupants be identified. Aircraft failing to obey orders issued by the State and Federal law enforcement officials and military are subject to being taken down.

    BSA §9. Checkpoints may be formed at the tolls bordering Bone County by State and Federal law enforcement officials and military in order to secure safe and free passage for the citizens.

    BSA §10. Combat patrols may be conducted within the territory of Bone County by State and Federal tactical teams and military in order to suppress any signs of rebellion within the territory. 

    BSA §11. State and Federal law enforcement officials and military are granted permission to utilize special weapons in situations where explosive ordinance weaponry is used by the terrorists. If the terrorists use RPGs, IEDs, grenades, or other such explosive ordinance weapons, the

    BSA §12. State and Federal law enforcement may deploy equivalent or greater force weapons against them, including: RPGs, IEDs, fighter jets, attack helicopters, tanks, and other.

    Today the Governor held a speech at the FBI's Press Room about current and future plans for the State of San Andreas. State Secretary M. Evans spoke on behalf of Governor Office, summary of the speech is down below;
     

    Good evening citizens of San Andreas State. I am honored to be speaking on behalf of the governor office today.

    The office has been working to improve the lives of our citizens, and I am proud to let you know that we lowered toll prices for our residents a week ago if some of you didn't notice. Additionally, new tolls will be added to improve the infrastructure of our state.

    I am also pleased to announce that our business funds program is operating, providing support and resources to local businesses and you may send your letter of interest. We believe that a thriving business community is key to the success of our state.the governor office has also been working on updating and improving the state laws to better serve our citizens. We are ensuring that our laws are clear, fair, and up-to-date. We will be hosting several charity events in the future to give back to our community. We are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

    During this speech, an attack from unidentified individual occurred, the terrorist was taken down on spot by the authorities, thanks to FBI, SAPD and SASD for their fast response as well as the SAFD's EMTs for their medical attention services.

    At the ending of the announcement, Governor Kira Hernandez stepped ahead to conclude the speech by saying; "I will be personally present at several of the upcoming events and I'll be always in touch with the citizens. I would like to express the governor office's sincerest thanks to the people of San Andreas State. Together, we will continue to make San Andreas a better place for all of us." Those were the words of Governor K. Hernandez.

    Failure to obey the prices range shall be punished with a monetary fine no less than $100,000 and no more than $500,000.

    - For crates delivery: 

       Minimum $200 per crate;

       Maximum $400 per crate;

    - For liquid delivery:

       Minimum $10 per liter;

       Maximum $40 per liter.

    Transportation companies operating in the state must adhere to the following price range for delivery charges to their customers. This price range applies to all forms of delivery, including but not limited to crates and liquids.

    Promotional or discount offers must still comply with the state-mandated price range for delivery charges. Such offers may not result in delivery charges that fall below the minimum threshold set by state law.

    Violations of these provisions may result in a monetary fine of between $100,000 and $500,000.

    • For crates delivery:

      Minimum $300 per crate;

      Maximum $500 per crate;

    • For liquid delivery:

      Minimum $15 per liter;

      Maximum $40 per liter.
