I'm not sure what the point of going to a casino when you knew you were going to get punished if you scammed (and you proceeded to do so) was. You also reported players for casino scamming which further shows that although you're willing to see others play by the rules, you are unable to. Aside from this, you also have a rather extensive punishment history. This is also your 3rd ban which means that the consequences are harsher. You were banned on the 15th December 2020. As per the ban consequences, you will be subject to an 80% wealth cut alongside a review date of 8 weeks. To be reviewed on the 9th February 2021. It is clear you are unable to play on this server with a total of 3 bans & 30+ punishments and you are only level 8 - with all these punishments amounting in only 50 hours of gameplay. Appeal denied.

This sounds quite inaccurate. You are saying that staff banned you for no reason? I highly doubt you were banned for "staying at the city hall" or "telling someone you'll report them", are you aware of the real reason? As far as the ban consequences go, you have at least 1 chance to play on the server. However, I need clarification as to what the real ban reason was.

The account "Audris_blyat" is not banned, however "Dick_Ryder" is. Are you appealing for that account?

So, you take no responsibility for what happened or the fact that you had 30+ punishments on your record? Punishments don't just appear there and especially not in that quantity unless the player is clearly inapt of playing on the server.

Alright, I've come to a conclusion based on several factors. As you were banned a decent time ago, stuck to what you promised and you still show an interest in the server, this shows that you're willing to come back and play by the rules (at least, I hope so). This does not excuse the fact that you ban evaded (whether it was to mess around or not) which will mean that the review date will obviously be slightly longer. This is your 3rd ban so you will be subject to an 80% wealth cut. As per the ban consequences, your appeal will be reviewed on the 16th January 2021. I understand this. However, you were also caught ban evading during your ban to which you tried to leave to avoid being banned which shows a clear disregard to the rules and an attempt to go against punishments & sanctions we have put in place. This might ring a bell:

No, it does not mean that it is you. However, it's interesting how the account is on the same IP and you share very similar characteristics on both accounts. I'd advise you to come clean about the account or both will remain banned.
