II-Small suggestion: I think none can edit furniture to a property except Owner, so there might be cmd for allowing others to edit furniture like /allowfurnitureedit or /furniturepermission ..etc

Maybe you need as minimum 5 weed plants = 3 seed, you must craft them(break the plant of the weed (2 or 3 atleast)). I Don't know, you can choose how much u need for 1 seed or smth like that

I guess, since we have radio, why we can't use our own music instead of radio music!
Idea is: to Add in radio URL ability, it's easy to get URL of music and run it, if you Don't know how, I can't explain how with few tips, but the most important, do you suggest this idea?
I know someone requested it before but, I can also provide more radio channels if possible, working 24/7.

That's not the only website you can pick URL from, well that if the idea got accepted!
URL in that website is changing all the time, so not the same URL will work for you everytime, you have to go get it again!
