That a civilian can aswell apply and get the job for an extra paycheck. You get a 911 call, the operator has to /acceptcall (call ID) and communicate. This way its more of a Player to player interaction. In case there are no operators on than an automatic response is given.

no need for that in this case then. since there is already /clothing slots where you can rename it, i.e:sunglasses then put them on, add more objects if you want with it, etc.
