That does not look normal leaving when coming from someone like you. You could have simply avoided this by letting Ella properly know about it but you did not. I have not seen any instance of you trying acknowledge your mistake, you keep bringing your old bans or whatever you want to prove with that, it does not matter. You will never be unbanned unless you accept your fault and let us know how you plan to prevent this in future. I am keeping this open for replies. Hopefully you will get some sense back and look into this from perspective of Ella. If you are too arrogant to accept your fault, we can't help you any how. -

Hello, as we have discussed, Management has decided to unban you and give you another chance. The base terms are to be followed.
No more OOC toxicity, joking and fun is fine but don't offend people with comments or provoke them by any sort.
Have more self control and if anyone provokes you just reach out to me or any manager, we will take care of it, try not to get involved directly or provoke them back.
Please keep in mind any sort of toxicity related issues can lead to permanent ban.-

You are server banned, not community banned. You are free to play other servers from our community. Regarding SAMP it's being told already in earlier appeals it's a no to the unban, reasons being already given previously.

I personally don't care about my pictures being shared, I put them up to Social Media already means I am not being secretive about it. But even with me forgiving you there still remains a decision from Enes. Enes is not forgiving you like me or Weston did. I have to inform you till Enes does not feel fine with the action or forgive those we won't be able to unban you.

You shared picture of our community member without consent and that person does not forgive you for same, you will not be unbanned till he forgives you and agrees on unbaning you.

Even we forgive you as management, the player who you harmed still have not forgiven you. We spoke with him and hence we decided to not unban as long as everyone involved forgives you.

That was a routine traffic stop for speeding you hid the chat logs but I still have them, so we both know what reason you were pulled over for. Lester started punching that newbie for saying you people tried to rob him earlier. He got sprayed which is non-lethal way to push him back. Then you step out and this is what happened:

Your actions are your responsibility, we don't care if you did not start you took part in it and also shot a level 0 guy who did no shit towards you and shot the cop when they were trying to talk about a simple speeding, you have a history of DM and Poor RP, you just showed you can't change for shit. You can stay the fuck away from this server considering this is your 4th ban. There is no unban for you.

This looks rather nice than the rest of your appeals, how easy would it have been if you posted like this the first time.
You punishments are same as Aidn, 3 bans in record. Yet I would give you one last chance.
1 - Any sign of toxicity over discord/forums/in-game will be a permanent ban.2 - Any sign of DM no matter how minor it is will be a permanent ban.

Breaking rules in October or today makes no difference, you are a veteran player, you should play by rules for the least. But how will you know rules when you login once a while just to turf or just shoot cops for "content". You can stay banned for we least care, you already have seen the screenshots, as they were shared to you. Your group members also confirmed they asked you to leave the GS9 sit but you kept shooting cops cause you are a trigger happy person and did not leave so they drove away. These clips were just some of them and still enough to put you away for good. Considering your history with our server this is your 5th permanent ban, you should not be even here post 4th but you got lucky seems.

This is not "I don't have punishments", you showed you are not meant to change, you might be inactive these days, that is not my headache or least worries, if you play here play by our rules, but you login once a while breach rules while playing and quit for months and weeks. We have had enough of that, I hope you got your answer you are not welcomed here anymore.-
