I've witnessed multiple times you spamming /transfervehicle to random players in order for them to accept for you to win some money. Mind explaining why do you try to sell vehicles to random players?

You guys know the way am playin', im not a rulebreaker, every single rule, were broken by someone, am reporting him, Either here on forum, or inGame. Also reporting my IRL friends, i just want to say that im sorry for putting my self in this situation.. i just wanna get in again.. i know that i deserve the punishment but i can solve this problem, just tell me how and i'll do whatever you say.. ,i dont have anything to say after that.
