  I just joined game and i got banned for hacks what the hell..

You were banned for something you did earlier in the day.Now this is your gold chance to tell us the truth acting innocent is not going to help as i said earlier.

This might happened because of surfly. Its allowed in UIF server. A day before ban  i wrongly press alt + x .  That was a mistake I promise i wont do it again can i have a change to get unbanned?
