  Greetings, I was recently banned by Radolf for using Framerate Vigilante. In my defense, I wasn't even using it while playing. I do believe that this ban is a complete bullshit and that I never used hacks in here. There was /ONLY/ one time when I was using Luncay's GTA and gave it's link to Rose as she needed a high FPS GTA, then she  told me to remove Framerate from my GTA as it was illegal, I had no idea and I proceeded to remove it and then checked the illegal modification topic. However, that was like two months ago. Ever since then, I used VAC for a while and then got myself exempted due to my low spec PC and so far I've never used any illegal modification. If I used Framerate during my time here I'd have came clean about it. I have no intention of spending months trying to appeal my ban and lie about it. This is me being honest with everyone, I've not used Framerate during the time I've been around here. I can also attach a picture of my GTA. I've been using a GTA Mark Henderson provided me and it's completely clean. I can drop the link to whoever's handling this ban appeal but I won't post it in this ban appeal.

Framerate Vigilate was caught in multiple sessions. It was not only adeal of one session. But, since the session is a bit older, I will give you a chance but, you will be forced on vac. Since, we cannot trust you anymore as you were using it on vac.
