Hernandez Corporation, a leading company with two divisions - Farming and Rentals, is currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following positions:

 

 

1. Farmer - We are looking for experienced farmers to join our Farming Department. As a Farmer at Hernandez Corporation, you will play a vital role in cultivating and harvesting crops to support our farming operations. Responsibilities include planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, operating and maintaining farming equipment, monitoring crop health, and ensuring proper irrigation. The compensation for this position is 60,000 dollars per full batch, which includes harvesting, seeding, and cultivating.

     Requirements:

• Prior experience in farming or agricultural work
• Knowledge of farming techniques, equipment, and crop cycles
• Ability to operate and maintain farming equipment and machinery
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

 

 

 

2. Salesperson - We are also hiring Salespersons for our Rentals Division. As a Salesperson at Hernandez Corporation, you will be responsible for generating sales by promoting and renting our exclusive fleet of vehicles to customers. Your compensation will be 50% of the rent received from the customers you generate.

     Requirements:

• Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Knowledge of vehicles, including luxury/high-speed vehicles, motorbikes, and armored cars
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
