  I know I made a big mistake 
  I will be honest with you. I used to do this all the time, but I regretted it and I learned from my mistake. I hope you will forgive me and give me another chance, because this is the only game that I enjoy and spend most of my time in. I promise you that this will be my last mistake and it will not happen again. 
  Sorry for what I did again, I hope you can help me
