James "Bear" Brown was born on 29th March, 1990 in Crippen Memorial Hospital, Montgomery, to Michael Brown and Lisa Solano. His father worked as a Meat Butcher in Montgomery for years, and his mother was a house-wife. His love towards motorcycle was genetic, as his father was a "one percenter" motorcyclist too but was not affliated with any club as the majority of bikers of Montgomery were lone-wolves. He is of predominantly American descent on his father's side.

When James was of 19-yrs old, his mother died due to a cardiac arrest and his father died after three-years of his mother's death in a fatal bike accident. His uncle was generous enough to give him a place at Montgomery to start his business at, to earn some livings. At the age of 25-years, he bought himself a Harley Davidson motorcycle. Along with his bar, he used his low-profile to deal drugs, as a middleman. He had great business ties with immigrants in Santos, and they were a big source of retailers for him.

James Brown is a type-of psychopath person, but brotherhood is his prime principle as he's from motorcycle culture background. This is a guy who's capable of living a wonderful life on his own but he's looking for brothers around, to form a club with.

His ambition of life is to make a motorcycle-club based on Montgomery as he believes the land belongs to him.
