Tool Shop

I asked DeAndre Jackson if senior admins could set a tool shop in Jefferson if i made a request on forums, he made an announcement saying ''No more businesses in LS'' so I found another spot for a tool shop outside of LS. Also the property is a bit small so I hope theres a value difference
