  Hello! Today was the first time I connected to your server. I was able to watch the whole /tutorial and then when I returned to gameplay I got permanently banned for "Ban evading", even though I have never ever played on your server before.

  This must be some kind of an mistake. I really think someone should take an closer look at this, my guess is that "Daolas White" in the ban reason is the name of the actual banned person, but that is not me. If you know an way for me to prove this, I would be happy to do it.
  
  Also how can you even mix up two different players? Are you banning everyone from my region as Daolas White or how can this be possible?   This is just an thought, but could it be the IP address? My IP address changes whenever I reboot my router and I think my ISP (DNA Oy) "recycles" IP addresses.. but I'm not sure on that, its just an thought I had. Seems like I'm all alone trying to figure this out.

  edit: Umm It's been nearly 2 full days, when am I getting support? If an admin would just take an closer look at this I'm sure he would notice the mistake that's been made. It honestly was my first account & first time playing on your server, so I have no clue where you have pulled this "ban evading" from. Also this kind of mix up doesn't really give an good image of your server... But still, I am hoping to hear from you soon.

Thank you for submitting an unban request, our staff members will review it shortly. Until then, follow some of these instructions:

1. Do not message staff members to review your unban request, it will result in extension of its reviewal time.
2. Be honest and do not attempt to lie to us. We will deny your request upon discovering lies.
3. Getting banned multiple times is a serious concern and should not happen at all. With every ban your chances of unban are reduced.

 

In the meantime, do not attempt to ban evade. That will directly lead to denial of your request.

Wow still no support. Saw an appeal made 12 hours ago get an answer quicker than me.

I'd undrestand it if I really was an ban evader (multiple offenses), but I'm still heavily behind my words which are the absolute truth that I have NEVER played on your server before.

 

Come on admins, fix this.

WHAT!?

The moment I was banned was when I was at the fire department, going to start working. I wasn't trolling at all,  only thing I did before that was watch the /tutorial and drive around a little to see where people hang out in the server. But "trolling" wasn't even the ban reason.

The ban reason was "Ban evading - daolas white", care to explain that to me? Because I have never played on your server before.

Well, actually we get many accounts from 2018 and apparently, I didn't notice that, I'll just unban you, shit happens.
