  my name is Eskander.. i am mature nd truly active all the time .. i m helping new players to understand the server and rules .. i was an AG player and one of his moderator .. i've been playing samp long time ago 

• What are your motives for becoming a moderator?
  

  i want to become moderator because i want to help newbies and protect the server from hackers and cheaters .. i have an experience in being a moderator so i will do all my best ..

• How will you deal with a friend that is asking for favors?
  

  when my friend asking for favors i ll help him because this is my job but if his request is against the server rules ofc not 

• How will you deal with a new player that keeps on rule-breaking, after several warnings?
  

  i'll try to help him to understand maybe english isnt his main language and he didint understand the warnings .. but if he know it and keeps doing that i'll discus with higher level admins to deal with him
