    *ORIGIN*
    Rubio Sierra was born in the slums of Lima, Peru, where poverty was the norm and dreams were rare. But Rubio was different; he has a vision, a burning desire to change his fate and that of his people. Driven by ambition and a keen mind, Rubio saw an opportunity in the chaos of the criminal underworld. He knew that control of the drug and weapons trade meant power, and he was determined to seize it.

    Gathering a group of like-minded individuals, Rubio founded "Sierra Sindicato," Named around the peaks of Lima. They started small, but with Rubio's leadership and cunning, they quickly expanded their influence, establishing themselves as a forced to be reckoned with in the region.

    Facing opposition from the rival gangs and corrupt officials, Rubio and his crew fought tooth and nail to protect their territory and expanded their operations. They used every tool at their disposal, from intimidation to strategic alliances, to secure their position in the underworld.

    The police were getting closer, and rival gangs were causing trouble. Sierra Sindicato had to leave Peru because it was too dangerous to stay. Rubio knew they needed a fresh start. San Andreas seemed like the perfect place. It was big, with lots of opportunities for their business to grow without so much risk. So, they packed up and moved, leaving the troubles of Peru behind them.
