      I apologise again for everything that happened, it was not my intention to use cheats and my ban evading was not meant to be harmful or annoying to other players, I ask you for yet another chance and I will endeavour not to let anything like this happen again

      First of all, I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or rule violations I may have caused. My intention was simply to spend time playing and having fun in your roleplay server, with no intention of breaking the rules or evading in any way.

      Unfortunately, I was unaware of the presence of the "Framerate Vigilante" within the GTA pre-made. When I started playing, I was not familiar with this feature and did not know that it could be considered a violation of your server rules.

      I would like to emphasise that I never intended to break the rules or gain an unfair advantage in the game. My only intention was to participate in your server roleplay and have fun with other players.

      I now realise the importance of abiding by the rules of your server and am willing to follow any procedures or conditions necessary to be readmitted. I am ready to ensure compliance with the rules and to contribute positively to the gaming community.

      I hope you can consider my request for an unban and give me the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to abiding by the rules of your server.

      Dear Valrise Gaming Staff,

      First of all I wanted to apologise for everything that happened, it was not my intention to use files that are considered to be cheats, but having downloaded a ready-to-use gta in my haste I did not check the files present and as soon as I entered the water without knowing I found myself swimming very fast.

      I apologise for the ban evading, it was not my intention to disturb other players, also because I played fairly and respecting the rules but simply to spend some time on your server, the motivation that led me to do ban evading was the week of ban, in my opinion too long for this small incident.

      I hope nothing like that happens again and I would prefer that before a direct ban there was a chance to write to an admin so that I could also end the action in progress and not ruin the gaming experience for other players.

      I am writing to appeal the ban that has been imposed on me i sincerely apologize for my actions that led to my ban and would like to explain the situation in detail.

      Recently, I installed a copy of GTA that I found on YouTube through a video that indicated "GTA in desc" (GTA in the description). I was not aware of the negative implications of using this version of the game, and I genuinely did not intend to violate any rules or policies of your server.

      I realize now that my mistake was serious and could have caused harm to your gaming community. In particular, I discovered after my ban that this version of the game may contain cheats or mods that can compromise the gaming experience of other users.

      I want to emphasize that I had no intention of using cheats or tricks to gain an unfair advantage on your server. My experience with your server has been enjoyable and fun, and I would never want to ruin it or damage the reputation of your community.

      Please consider my appeal and give me the opportunity to demonstrate my commitment to respecting the rules and values of your gaming community. I am willing to fully cooperate with you and take the necessary measures to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future.

      Once again, I sincerely apologize for my behavior and hope that we can find a solution that is satisfactory for both parties.

    Reason: Inquire if it would be possible to add a yard and garage to my current in-game house.
    My current house is located at NR: 365, and I believe adding a yard and garage with id 8 could significantly enhance the gaming experience, allowing for better vehicle protection, as well as providing an outdoor space for interaction with other players.
    I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider this request and evaluate the possibility of adding these features to my property. I am available for any further clarification or information.       I used macros to get minutes of play because it takes at least 10h of play to pay taxes, I did that because I would use them for a few minutes because I was eating and I wanted to take advantage of the day so that I had more time to do my things, also because in this period I do not have much time to play, I am aware that I was doing something not admitted but for 15 minutes I thought that I would not bother anyone, unfortunately so it was not.

    We are not obliged to provide you a video of you hacking. There is a lot of sensitive info to which normal player should not have access. Moreover this server has rules and if administration deems that you are breaking them, then administration has full right to punish you. In this case it was a ban.

    Moreover I dont know how "desync" can get a player from Market, to Elcorona and then to Downtown LS on foot within 1 minute. You would have to explain me that. And think twice what are you going to write.
     

    In fact I wasn't on foot but with the bullet then if you go and read the report I gave you I'll explain how teleportation works if you don't want to understand arrange yourself

      I want to tell you the most sincere truth I was unsyced and to larry I was on break when instead I was around with the bullet of hc that at this point I guess was unsyced since even when it happens with Gianni that he is unsyced he continues to drive and I see stopped in pause and after little I get teleport back into the vehicle or if it goes too far I stay on foot and disappear from him because also from him I am in pause. Another reason to prove that I was unsyced is the fact that I reported to a player who sent me the vehicle when he only tried to steal it arrives an admin and we do various tests shooting a photo with the camera crasho re-entry and I review the bullet, so this is my the bullet was unsyced and he saw me paused as I saw the other players paused, then I’m not accusable for tp hacks because in the topic where I reported larry I explained perfectly how a tp with map works, so for the ban confirmation I would like to view clips that show that I was using something illicit

      I didn’t use any cheat I don’t know why I was banned for tp hacks when I was breaking into a door of a house, I think I was simply unsyced in fact just before I reported a player because I had despawnato the car and came to the help an admin asking me what was the car etc then tried to tp from the lsch to where I was before to see if I was unsyced I took a picture to put on forum for a property relocating and have crashed, I came back to see the car and also the admin, so I think today I’m having connection problems, however if you have any doubts I am also available to do cheat control in such a way as to prove that everything is in order. I await a reply
